Wished the carpet would have gotten cleaner in the traffic areas, but the carpet is old so can't expect too much.
The person who did the work was very nice and did a great job. However, I feel mislead on what should have happened. Most of the stains still remain. I felt that based on your advertisement you would be better at removing stains. I will use a different company next time.

He also took the time to explain the process and checked with us several times during the cleaning to be sure we were okay with how the cleaning was going and confirmed we were happy with the result. I appreciate his effort on the job and the time he took to check in with us. I also thought the quality of the clean was really good considering the wear on our carpets. I have already recommended your service to several friends!
