The person who did the work was friendly and did a great job. The materials used were safe for our pets and didn't leave any residue . . . because it was just treated water.
The carpet was cleaned and they did a great job doing it.
Service Tech was professional and the carpets looked great!
Care that the technician took to protect the house and his concern that we understood all the details of the process.
Very timely, friendly and professional service that Eric provided!!! Quality of clean and low odor was also a plus!
Every time we have used you guys (4 times now) we always have a great experience. Results are quick and amazing. And most importantly your staff are super friendly and professional. The last technician, Tevin, was very nice and made sure we were satisfied with everything. He even did a little extra area for us. We will definitely be using you guys again. Also the price is always very affordable!
It was easy to schedule the technician was prompt knowledgeable and did a great job. There is no question about the bill he showed me all the information right in front of me and very professional
The cleaning job was a disappointment originally. I was contacted by Zerorez afterwards, and they made a strong effort to make things right. They worked according to my schedule and did a good job on the reclean. I am happy with the end result, but it was disappointing and frustrating to have to go through all this. They did make things right and that is something worth talking about.
Tevin was very professional and did a wonderful job. The carpets turned out better than I expected!
Matt was very helpful explaining cleaning techniques and services. Did a great job!!
Friendly and professional technician completed job quickly.
Service was excellent,
ZeroRez did such a great job! They were on time, efficient, and very specific in what to expect. They didn’t try and over sell us on stuff we didn’t need, but honest on what we did need. Our carpets look great and the pet smells are gone!
Very happy with the gentleman (misplaced his card) who came out to clean our chairs. He was very professional, friendly & explained everything he was doing in detail. He was cleaning 2 recliners that belong to my grandmother in her assisted living facility. Due to having dementia she asked him several times why he was there and what he was doing. He was very patient with her & never seemed to be irritated with the constant questioning.
I will say that the odor we were trying to get rid of did return (and it was explained to me ahead of time that it may). So that was disappointing but otherwise I would recommend Zerorez. I will definitely request the same technician next time!
Eric did a great job! My carpets look awesome!
They work and do a great job.
Tevin was very professional. Shower and bathroom floor cleaned and sealed.
Love that there’s no toxic residue or products used.
Pricing competitive and quality work.
Easy to schedule. Fast and efficient same day service!
Wonderful company. Thomas was courteous and went the extra mile to see that everything was done to our satisfaction. Our carpets and upholstery are clean and revived. Thank you Zerorez!
Carpet looked great and all the pet urine was removed. Passed the black light test!
We like the no chemical system. We have young children so this was important to us.
Dries quickly
Thank you for the great service!
Clean look and smell and sanitized
Carpets looks great, sofa has white patches in certain spots.
Very professional
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not sure if it’s the nature of our carpet or if I had unrealistic expectations, but I don’t feel like our carpet looks clean.
This was my second time using zerorez and will I definitely use again in the future. Very easy to schedule and arrived within the scheduled window time. Thomas was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything and assisted me with picking the proper service for my carpet.
Zerorez got my couches and rugs very clean without any chemicals. I will use them every time I need cleaning in the future. The technician was nice and very thorough with explaining everything.
Erik was great and fixed all of my life's problems! Lol Well... all except the dog making the stains that needed to be removed in the first place. That dog is still there.... I assume we will need you again soon. :)
