The technician (Mitch) was very careful and thorough, and everything looked good when he was finished.
Aaron, our service technician, was professional, polite, friendly, and answered all our questions. He did a tremendous job on our carpets and even took pictures to show us how the carpets looked before he cleaned and then halfway through the room's cleaning was finished. What an outstanding difference!
We had some spots that we figured would never come out, but he got them out! He was efficient and organized and completed the job in a timely manner.
We loved the fact that there wasn't a smell left in the condo after he completed the cleaning and there was no soap or cleaner residue. We will definitely recommend Zero Rez to our friends and will use your services next time we need carpet cleaning done too!

I didn’t think it cleaned very well. None of the high traffic marks were removed. We have had better results from other companies for less.
Excellent results- even on pet stains. Technicians are always friendly and helpful- make suggestions for possible additional treatments-but are not pushy. Carpet looks fresh and not water logged.

Clifton Hoag did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I am handicapped and he also helped me with my 80 lb white German Shepard. the only company I will use from now on to clean my carpets.
Service tech was really thorough. I didn’t care for the orange smell, but it disapaited quickly. I would definitely use Zerorez again. And I would refer customers.

The tech was friendly and courteous. The cleaning turned out just ok. I was excepting a little better results in the cleaning. Some of the rooms look great and the others really look like the did not get clean real well. You could not tell how well the cleaning was because the carpets were a little wet when he left or I would have him go back over again. I really don't know if I would spend another $279 on the services again. Just a little disappointed.
