ZeroRez is everything I had heard it to be! Great customer service, great cleaning and extremely happy with the result! The tech explained everything that he was doing and made sure that I was satisfied with everything he had done. I will continue to use ZeroRez and recommend them to anyone needing carpet or furniture cleaning!
Zach was awesome was nice and explained things. Unfortunately it took days longer for the carpet to dry, he said 7-10 hours. When the carpet dried we can still smell urine where the treatments were done. I paid 500.00 and it seems like that was a waste. I was told they let’s might still go to the areas but they have not even been let inside since I have had he carpets “cleaned”. I feel like more then one person should have came out so Zach wasn’t rushed. He mentioned maybe not having enough time to compel the things. Paying 500.00 for one trip is a lot of money.
Being easy to schedule, and being on time for appointments makes Zerorez light-years ahead of the competition.

Clifton did a fantastic job! He was very thorough, and he did a great job explaining the different products! We will definitely use Zerorez again!
The first time was not good. The cleaning was not thorough and the guy only took about 40 minutes to do three large rooms. The second time Thomas came out and it looked great! He took his time and it is obvious! I would use it you again based on the second time results.

Tristan did a great job cleaning the carpets and chairs. The price was less Han half of what I had paid another company and he did a better job. I appreciated that he called me to let me know that he was running an little late.
Quality of work and staff
Brandon, our service tech who we have had come to our house twice now, is ALWAYS very friendly and professional, and does a GREAT job!
While the area may still be drying, it does appear the stain was not 100% completely eliminated.
great carpet cleaning without the smell, also great wood floor cleaning, very thorough, Erik was a fabulous technician and did a great job on the old wood floor in my home that had a lot of dirt build up
I was a little disappointed some stains did not come out. But overall, I am satisfied.
Scheduled to have suede type sofas cleaned and was not informed until technician arrived and told me that the water stains on the cushions does not come out with their cleaning method. That was my main reason to have them cleaned and assumed that would come out with the cleaning.
The cleaning was done well and the price was reasonable. I like that soaps and cleaners were not used on my carpet.
Very clean carpets, and even when I vacuum the carpets now, the cat hair comes up easier.

Technician was courteous and explained how he would be cleaning the carpets and chair. Everything looked fabulous when the job was completed.

Get the carpet clean. I still see brown spots in it. The man that came back said he did not know why the brown spots were there. While it was wet it looked good, but now that it is dry they have reappeared.
The friendly, professional staff that provide the carpet cleaning services is always very good and is a large part of why I am a repeat customer and recommend Zeroez! I also really like the cleaning process that they utilize. I wish I could remember his name, I think it's Clifton, that cleaned my parents home last month. He was OUTSTANDING!!! My parents are in their late 80s/early 90s and I wanted to be sure that they were not up-sold on any additional services and that they were taken care of well. I called the office and the lady who took my call did a wonderful job of taking great notes on my concerns and their needs. When Clifton (if that's not your name, I'm sorry) arrived, he gave me a call on my cell to go over everything before he went in and spoke with my parents to make sure he understood everything. All through the process, he voluntarily reached out to me with text and picture updates, which was so nice of him and much appreciated. He did an outstanding job and really worked on areas that had tough, old stains. My parents were so pleased, that my mom also called the office after he left to let them know what a fine man he was. I am so happy that they had a good experience and I appreciate Clifton taking the extra time to communicate with me to ensure that Zeroez met our expectations. Thank you, thank you!!!!
