A couple stains still remain

I was told we would get our receipt via email. Thus far have not received it. Otherwise we are pleased. However, rugs do take longer than 4 - 8 hours to dry completely.

Chris was on time, pleasant and efficient. My carpet looks great! No residue or "crunch!" I've used Zerorez for the last 3 years and couldn't be happier!!

Chris was very responsive and took care of everything for us without hassle.

Just disappointed that the young man helped very little to help move furniture. That may be your business model, it just doesn’t fit my needs.

Our carpet is so clean. We've had it professionally cleaned many times & this is the best outcome we've experienced & our first time to use Zerorez. Our service technician did an outstanding job. He listened to our concerns & worked diligently on our carpet. He was able to remove a wear pattern in our carpet that we had been told by others that the wear path was permanent. This company & technician are outstanding.

Chris was very polite & very knowledgeable, but he could have spent a bit more time working on the spots & soiled areas in the two bedrooms. Some spots remain that I thought should’ve come out. Maybe he moved through those rooms a bit too fast. Once I pointed some soiled areas out on the LR, he spent more time on them, as was needed.

The house smelled great and the carpet looked wonderful!

It took 2 visits, but my stairs look great. Thank you for the coming back in style

The fact that there is no residue left in the carpet after cleaning.

The cleanliness and condition of our carpet is lower than expected. New carpet, 1.5 years old. No pets, no kids, and only one spill since new. The spill stain is MORE evident after the second cleaning and the overall look of the carpet is less appealing than we’ve experienced with Stanley Steemer and others for less money in the past.

The technicians were fine and not lacking in any particular area, the overall service leaves something to be desired.

I can’t see paying almost twice the price with ZR vs a competitor for lower quality results in the future.

Professional, friendly service. Water only. No harsh chemicals or fake clean-smelling fragrances left behind, just genuinely clean carpets. Pet friendly another big plus!
