When you tell people drying time I was told 4-6 hours and it took already 2-3 times that time
We were satisfied with the re-do of the traffic patterned area of our carpets. The technician and trainee were punctual, courteous and respectful as they went about their work. When we are ready for more carpets to be cleaned, we will definitely call ZEROREZ again.

The team was great but it was ridiculous that I had to pay $50 to reschedule. I could understand if I had it rescheduled and you lost that revenue But you didn’t. It’s a very punitive reaction that is not good for business.

The service is quick and the carpets dry much faster than with traditional carpet cleaning! My whole house looks cleaner when the carpets are clean.
We have had nothing but success with Zerorez. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel good about the quality of their work and the cleanliness of the carpets after they leave. Having a toddler and an infant who spend a lot of time on the carpet, it's nice to know they are safe to play without the risk of chemicals in the carpet.
The technician was more than willing to answer questions I had before, during, or after the service.

This was the first time II have used ZeroRez for carpet cleaning and was very impressed. The technicians notified me when they were on their way and were arrived when they said they would. They explained the process and why they don't use chemicals. They were quick and had me go over the entire area they cleaned to check for anything I wasn't happy with. The carpet looked great! There was a tech that was being trained and he showed me a couple of examples as to why their products work. They price was good and I will definitely be using them again.
Worker was very informative and worked very hard. Carpet looks better than it has with other cleanings. Product used pet friendly.
I like that you answered the phone, made an appointment for me, showed up and cleaned the carpet. Each staffer was cheerful and approachable, did their job seemingly happy. I like the coupons, makes me feel like I got a deal. I like the clean carpet.

You could give your customers notice if your technician is going to be late and then follow with a phone call at least 15 mins prior to arrival. This didn’t happen. He just showed up late.
Also, I had on my calendar a 1-3 pm appointment window but when I called after 3 to locate my technician was told I was scheduled between 2-4. If your reminder notice had included the time, not just date, of the appointment we would have been on the same page.
As for the cleaning, it was very good.
Carpets are soft after cleaning...not crunchy

My wife gave birth in our mini van, and it was bloody from the birthing event. Your company came to the hospital, and cleaned my entire Van and it removed all the blood. Highly impressed and dumb founded on how clean it actually got.

Eric was very professional. He was able to remove a stain in one of the carpets. I should’ve been clearer on 2 pieces of furniture I wanted moved. I guess I misunderstood when we were discussing the rooms. I was disappointed the shower grout was not able to get cleaned, but I understood that grout is very porous and I will have to try another method.
