I like how my carpets feel when your done and the fresh smell. I wish however there wasn't a minimum service charge to come to Pendleton. I feel Zerorez does an excellent job.
I truly had scheduled the attendant to come at 1:00pm for a reason. I even stated to him that I wasn’t expecting him until 1. My painter ended up having to leave 2 hours earlier because the attendant showed up at 11am. My painter needed that additional time to finish up a room that was being cleaned.

Great Technicians. knowledgeable, pleasant and confident. Beyond pleased with the results, especially how soft the carpet is. Had serious residue related stains from using a Bissel Pet Erase vacuum and Zerorez did the trick. Next level :)
Erik my service technician is prompt, courteous, neat in appearance and works hard. He reminds you of the quality service and satisfaction to be met by Zerorez and wants you to feel completely happy and satisfied! I could go on and on as I have used this carpet cleaning service and the same technician for a few years now and always completely satisfied. My carpets and furniture look revitalized and smell nice and clean!

Your tech did a great job. She was there right at 8:00. My wife and I was amazed at how good the carpet looked after she was done. I didn't think the stains in the carpet would come out like they did. The chair and ottoman look like they are brand new. I am a broker in Real Estate. I will definitely recommend to my clients that they use you before they replace carpeting.
Clean and spots removed and the dogs don’t puke after carpet has been cleaned as they have in the past! Also not a lot of residue left in carpet.
