Your technician was very professional and made a nice appearance. He explained your process very clearly.
He spent two hours in our small house doing all the steps in the ZEROREZ process with care and diligence. While our older carpet cannot look brand new, I am pleased with the fact that
ZEROREZ can make it much better--no residue. I paid for the protection treatment and will be keeping an eye on that.
Scheduling via text or online, no overwhelming chemical smell in my home.

The cleaning process with Zerorez is quick and easy. Tevin did a great job explaining the process. He was easy to talk to and listened to our needs and concerns.
Chris called a couple of times during the day to let me know when to expect him. He laid out the game plan right up front and let me know how I could be most helpful. He appeared to take his time to do a good job. I was happy with the results! Carpets look great and no sticky or crunchy residue.

Fast service, good quality, easy to schedule
Tech was professional and thorough.
I have used the service in the past. It seemed a lit rushed... 5 rooms and a hall in an hour. The carpet showed seas where the wand did not clean.. it can be explained as “stripes”. The house did have the zesty smell, but since I have pets, it did smell like a wet dog afterwards. I have been pleased in the past, but several spots were missed especially in the living room.. some are now covered by the furniture... we have an appraisal this coming week, so I do not have time to move things again before that date.
The technician was polite and friendly. But the technicians in the past seemed to pay more attention to the problem areas. I will still recommend zero Rez in the future. But for 250.00, I would expect a cleaner result, with less of a smell of pets.
The carpet wasn’t crunchy after cleaning. Special attention was given to areas that needed a spot treatment.
They were nice and quick and did a good job, Got rid of of stains that I couldn't get rid of my self. It was great! Will use again.

Your service techs are knowledgeable and do a fantastic job of cleaning my floors. The 15 year old carpets do not look their age, thanks to Matt’ work- and the two times I’ve had my kitchen floor ceramic tiles cleaned, they came out looking brand new!
