My carpets look very very clean in the technician who came was very nice to deal with.

I got a call hours before my schedules appointment saying the technician had finished a job early and wanted to know if we were ready to do things earlier. When I said we weren't ready the lady asked me how early could they come and I said 11-11:30.

However, the technician did not arrive until 8 minutes past our scheduled window time. I even called an hour prior and the lady could not get ahold of the technician. So, while we are enjoying our clean carpets, the technician was later than expected even after finishing a job early and we were frustrated sitting around waiting with no idea when he would arrive.

I liked that this was quick, easy, and without the typical chemical smell involved from other services. Overall, a good experience.

I do think your service is top notch. I was a little disappointed that your odor treatment isn't. Paying$250 extra for that service and hearing my husband say he can still smell pet is disappointing.

And although I think I did the right thing, my cost was doubled by the time the tech finished. The scheduler should review costs and options more thoroughly.

Your staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I find when you clean carpet over Stanley steamer you truly get the stains out.

The person was great who did my carpet. However, it has been 2 weeks and there is a clear "striping" of my carpet. I presume that some areas may simply have been cleaned deeper than others. That was the only issue that I had. Thanks

I have used Zerorez for years. They get the carpets cleaner than their competitors.

Tevin was the absolute best ever!!! Everything you want when someone is coming tonto you’re home. My carpets look and smell amazing!!! We have pets and didn’t opt for the pet stuff but he was able to explain every single question I had. Very nice polite and respectful. Will for sure be using this service for now on.

Your employee Sean was on time and was very helpful when it came time for me to decide what pet odor treatment would be best for my apartment. He throughly checked each room for stains and did an excellent job overall. The carpet looks great and the smell is completely gone. I definitely look forward to using Zerorez again in the future.

Very very nice gentleman who cleaned. Very professional...I would like him again please. the hoses from the truck were so dirty he had to clean them before bringing them into the house.
One thing..your fans are incredibly dirty. I almost asked him to remove them. The dirt is accumulated in them...I really don't like that much dust and dirt circulating in my house.

Discussed on the phone and on the apt my concern of traffic patterns in a bedroom... Persons reply on the apt was area concerned with was wear. Carleton to new and excellent carpet. Previously you were out for manufacturer subsequently having carpet replaced. In inspecting the carpet and cleaning - the employee did a much better job cleaning the older carport than the tech did a couple days ago on much newer carpet. Please advise - First name removed

The Service Technician, Richard was fantastic!! Not only friendly but efficient and tenacious doing a superb job. Your pre-treament was a nice citrus scent that was pleasant. The carpets and furniture dried well. I recommend taking a before and after picture for anyone using your company to see the difference!

I did not feel the carpets got cleaned as well as I thought they would. Had a couple of pet urine stains that were not cleaned very well.
