The clean guarantee! The second time was perfect! I love the green cleaning option. I also love the short dry time.
Everything was explained before the tech started cleaning my carpets. The carpet looks great and dried over night with no stiffness in the carpet. I am very pleased with the service.

Explain up front that the pet stains would still be there with the light after pet treatment. I was expecting to be stain free when purchasing the special treatment. I would also give a 10 to any company willing to move some furniture so all or majority of carpet is touched.
