Technician was on time and professional. Job was completed and carpets looked great.
great job!
Service was great. I do have one request. It’s been a week since the carpet was clean and I have some spots reappearing. Can somebody please call me and see about coming out and looking at these spots.
Clifton was very thorough and very informative. I look forward to having him come back and finish the rest of my house.
Tevin and Stephanie make a good team even if Stephanie was in training. She did a good job. Tevin is a good teacher will used them again. Will have to flip a coin to see which one I will ask for. They did a good job and took their time..
I love the ease of scheduling my services to be done via the phone or online. My carpets look, feel and smell clean. We have a dog and a cat that I don’t need to worry about chemicals getting on their paws and making them sick. The technicians are friendly and very respectful in my home.
Tec was on time, nice, clean, and made observations without trying to obviously upsell me. After he finished the first room, I went from a 3 room deal to doing the entire house. The work upsells itself.
Richard was nice and very honest and the grout looks great!
Service was wonderful. Gentleman was courteous and upfront about costs. Whole experience was quick and pleasant. Carpets look a lot better.
The high traffic spray to keep fibers soft. Carper looks great!
Customer service was great! Extremely easy to schedule an appt. Technician was on time, even showed up early per a call first to be sure that was okay. Richard, our technician, was very friendly, easy to talk to, got the job done right and fast! Carpet looks great and happy with the job.
No chemicals
Prompt service. The technician thoroughly explained all of the steps involved. Highly recommend!
We had our furniture cleaned and the young man was very professional and polite Did excellant work Wanted to tip him but couldn't due to already completed sign off instructions at the beginning of service You need to change the option to tip when work is completed
Very clean process. My carpet looks new again without the chemicals and crunchy feeling. It also smelled amazing as they were cleaning.
Everyone was very professional and informative; from the staff confirming my appointment, to the gentleman who came out and cleaned our carpet. I feel that our carpet is really clean; and I recommend Zerorez.
