Friendly and knowledgeable tech - Richard Listen 360).
Our couch looks and smells great! Tevin was even able to get out the fur that had woven into the fabric of the couch!!!
Fair price for service
A little expensive on the stairs, but tech was great.
My carpets dried very quickly and they were clean and soft. The service was fast and the tech was very friendly and thorough.
The cleaner did not show us a test spot, explain the process or how it works, talk about fiber protection or the 30 day guarantee, or do a walkthrough at the end.
Very friendly and did a good job
Prices are a bit high but we loved our technician
Communication regarding arrival time was excellent, and Clifton was a professional, polite representative of your business who did a great job. Only praise for the experience
The individual that came to my home was polite, efficient and informative. I would definitely hire Zerorez again. Thanks!!
Punctual, polite, and professional.
Great job on the carpet and no chemicals, so I don’t have to worry about my pets.
The carpet looks brand new, so clean. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, really like that the carpet was totally dry in a few hours.

Not tile showers
The service was super. The worker persisted until she and we were satisfied with the results!
Adonis was super friendly and called me before arriving. My carpets look great in such a short amount of time he was there. I will definitely be using them again!
I really liked the cleaning procedure. My technician
Was wonderful. Very respectful of my home & belongings. She knew her job well and performed all quickly and will skill.
Carpets came out looking great! Our ZeroRez cleaner was wonderful and took his time working on the stained area! Everyone I spoke with was so helpful! Helped get things moved around same day to accommodate our daughter’s concert. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Courteous employees, proper service done to satisfaction in a timely manner. Simple as that!
I like the chemistry behind your company
You did not disappoint me. I was very pleased with the result (although the cost was more than I would like). The question was how likely I was to recommend you, which is very different than disappointing me. I just don't see myself discussing carpet cleaning and thus recommending a company to anyone. If you had asked me "how likely would you be to recommend..." rather than "how likely will you be...", I'd have given you a much higher rating.
product seems good and the techs are knowledgeable and courteous. I have already recommended your company to someone
Excellent service, very nice staff
You really brought the carpets back to life.
My carpets look clean after and it doesn’t leave a hard residue

Every time I have used your staff & products I've been very happy. The furniture looked great. Thank you...
