The tech was knowledgable , quick and friendly

The technician and his trainee arrived within the scheduled time frame. They were both very polite and respectful. We had cleared the three rooms to be cleaned, so they didn't have to move anything to get started. Since our carpet was installed almost 17 years ago, there are some traffic patterns as well as some incidental stains from food and/or drink spills (no pets). They went about their work in a professional way and worked methodically throughout. We could see immediately that dirt was being removed from the carpet. After they completed the cleaning, we could see that there were some areas of streaking. When we pointed that out, they said that should be cleared up when the carpet had fully dried. Now, it's been over 24 hours. For the most part, we are pleased with the job that was done, although there are still some visible streaks. The paper work that was left with us said that if we are not completely satisfied, we could call within 30 days, and problem areas would be re-cleaned. We will decide after a couple of weeks whether we think that should be done. We have been impressed with the concept of powered water as advertised on the radio.

I like that everything used is pet and people friendly, l love that the ones that come out, at least the one that came to me, was very friendly and professional.

I absolutely loved tevin! He was so thorough and did such a good job. He went over my problem spots twice and was very detailed as to why he was doing what he was doing. My carpets look brand new. The stains from my puppy’s accidents are completely gone, along with the smell! I am so happy! I would definitely recommend him!! I will specifically be asking for him next time my carpets need cleaned.

This was our first time using Zerorez-and I can’t wait to use them again! I have out off getting our carpet cleaned because I always saw it as a hassle-not anymore! My kids are safe and I love not having to worry! The associate was very nice and professional!

Quick drying

We appreciate the service and the cleaning process utilized so the carpet and rugs are clean and no residue. We do have part of a stain that did remain on the master bedroom carpet, so contacting you to see if someone could come back and re-address that. Otherwise, we are pleased with the work that was done, and the work done in past visits!

We also need to get a status of the one rug that was taken to see if it could be cleaned.

I think the hype of zerorez being so much more than the regular carpet cleaning method is overrated though.

Love that no chemicals are used and from the past services I have the upholstery and mattresses were extremely clean and fresh. And our other house I had I wall-to-wall carpet clean throughout the house and was very pleased. The feel of the carpet was different after it was cleaned and the smell in the house was fresh, not chemical.

This is the second year Thomas has cleaned our carpets. He's friendly, a good communicator, and gets the job done quickly. And what a job it is! We have two cats and three dogs, so you can imagine how dirty our carpeting gets upstairs. It looks brand new after he leaves!

Tevin Was the best he was Incredibly polite and very professional. Our carpet is 10+ Years old so I wasn't expecting a miracle.... but when he left they looked great !! I would highly recommend Zerorez and Tevin.

My technician Chris was great. He was very knowledgable and did a fantastic job getting some spots up on a hard-to-clean carpet. The best part of the visit was that he said he could clean our marble entry (had no idea you did hard surfaces as well) and it looks spectacular!

No chemicals

Tevin was the Zerorez service provider at my home. He was very professional, personable, and informed about the Zerorez process. He went above and beyond my service expectations. I am happy with the results on my rugs and carpets. They look great! I will use Zerorez again!

The associate did a great job on the carpets and the couch. Unfortunately, on the day of his visit it was snowing and very wet outside. The hoses on the truck drug through the yard and brought a lot of wet mess into the house.

The carpets are always spotless when you are completed, technician always on time, and the feel/smell is the best - no crunchy carpets with Zerorez!
