Our technician, Quenton, was courteous, professional and attentive to our questions and concerns. He got answers to all our questions, and treated our wool/acrylic area rug appropriately after checking with his manager. He applied the carpet protectant as an add-on service even though it kept him over our scheduled time, and he did the whole job with a great attitude.

I would have like to see the black light test after the cleaning was done to prove that the dog urine had been cleaned as promised. There are still some very tough/hard spots on the carpet where it took a lot longer to dry and feels like heavy chemical buildup.
My carpet looked brand new after cleaning. Eric and office staff was so nice and very professional, I would use zeroez again.

The technician was honest and did a very thorough job on my carpets and upholstery. He didn't charge me for one of the chairs because he couldn't get a particularly set stain out. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
