How do you actually clean carpet if you do not move anything? Not even a trashcan? recliners not moved, nothing.

Our service technician was super nice and explained everything he was doing. He showed me all the dog hair he had pulled up from the carpet and it was amazing! My house smelled fresh after he left ad carpets looked great!

Erik was great and fixed all of my life's problems! Lol Well... all except the dog making the stains that needed to be removed in the first place. That dog is still there.... I assume we will need you again soon. :)

The person who did the work was friendly and did a great job. The materials used were safe for our pets and didn't leave any residue . . . because it was just treated water.

The cleaning job was a disappointment originally. I was contacted by Zerorez afterwards, and they made a strong effort to make things right. They worked according to my schedule and did a good job on the reclean. I am happy with the end result, but it was disappointing and frustrating to have to go through all this. They did make things right and that is something worth talking about.
