Friendly staff and surprising results. Didn’t know my carpet needed cleaning until I saw the difference. Adonis (my Tech) was great and helpful!
I thought Zerorez did a great job on my carpets. They looked (and smelled) so much better after their Zerorez treatment. They were much cheaper than Stanley Steamer. My technician was thorough, polite, and on time.
The results. My carpet is clean and safe for my kids and pets to be on it.
Great product, great service
Timely, lots of information, good customer service.
I don’t give 10s before an appointment is complete.
It is easy to schedule and readily available.
Quality cleaning! Takes time to explain and treat problem areas!
Tech was informative and explained the process along the way. Was efficient. Carpets look really great!
Quick dry and smells great!
Stephanie was wonderful. Very professional and kind.
Results and service provider.
Nothing, carpets look nice!
The technician was very informative. He was very professional and personable. I am pleased with the results.
Knowledgeable, quality customer service, and a commitment to guaranteed customer satisfaction. Well done.
Done well. Very pleasant and helpful
We used to own our own carpet cleaning company and we were very successful for over 24 years until retired. Used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and Zeroez has honestly been the best carpet cleaning company we’ve found. Their two step process can’t be beat anywhere. They even managed to get cat urine smell out of my carpets‼️‼️ This is very hard to do. Especially cat urine. Has unmistakable smell. Have been using for over three years now. Last time they came I had a woman show to do the work and was very skeptical as I know how hard it is to clean carpets if you are dong correctly. Well Stephanie did just as good as her male counterparts!! Way to go Steph. If anyone is looking for a good company
Zeroez is it. HONESTLY
Excellent results, knowledgeable technician. Overall great value.
Just an easy process. Very professional. Great reviews.
Service was so friendly and well done!
Our carpet looks great and I will tell everyone I can about your service.
Our technician was friendly, polite, professional and did a great job. He would be the reason I would recommend you to anyone else. His name was ___. Darn. I knew yesterday but today it hasn't popped back into my head -- yet. Starts with an A ... Not Adam or familiar name. Anyway, he was great.
Professional- soft clean carpet - reasonable price for service
Best services,knoledgeble servic men.
The quality of the work was great. I was disappointed that my appointment was scheduled from 9-11 and it wasn't until I called at 10:30 that I found out that no one would be at my house until after 11. I was pleased with the quality of the work, but not knowing when someone would show up until 2 days before my appointment and then having the person not show up during my confirmed appointment time makes me much less likely to use Zerorez in the future. I also had a scheduled appointment time that I made work for me and then had a voicemail the day before the appointment asking me to change the time. My carpet looks great but getting it to this point felt like more of a hassle than it was worth.
The carpeting looked brand new! Every spot came out clean. Workers were courteous and efficient. Carpet was almost dry by late evening. Everything smelled fresh and clean.
Technician very helpful did a great job cleaning the carpet house would highly recommend
professionalism, effective elimination of stains
We're an Organic Wellness Center & Spa in Carmel Indiana that really appreciates the incredible non- toxic cleaning power and healthy benefits of Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. All other companies we contacted would have poisoned our facility without even getting it clean. The world is so Blessed to have Zerorez available to us, but only if people call and make an appointment with them, Today!!!!
You cleaned a rental property for me where the carpets had been trashed and they came out great! For this service, we are having our own area rugs cleaned which hasn't happened for 10 years. I'm excited for them to get a thorough cleaning.
