Very efficient and thorough. My carpets are clean and I don’t have to worry about too many chemicals.

The service itself was good and the technician was great; however, you all need to work on your customer service pre-appointment. I had multiple different people calling and emailing me about scheduling my appointment after I had reviewed pricing online. I even had someone call to see if I was "ready to schedule my appointment" after my appointment had been scheduled. I would suggest adding some notes to customer files so everyone knows how many times a customer has been contacted, etc. etc. It would be more efficient for your team and less irritating for the customers.
On top of those annoying calls and emails, I was contacted twice to see if I wanted to change my appointment date and time. The first call was in the middle of the day on a Wednesday to see if I could move my appointment to that day. To me, that is a ridiculous question...if someone schedules an appointment on a Saturday, it's likely because they work and aren't available in the middle of a work day. When a customer chooses a day and time for their cleaning, it is for a reason.
Everyone who has been out to do our carpets has been professional and friendly. Our carpets always look and smell so clean each time. We recommend Zerorez to our family and friends.

From start to finish Zerorez was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Zerorez for all your cleaning.
My appointment was for 10am to 12pm. Received a call the day before my appointment asking if could change my appointment to an earlier time. Because they double booked that time slot. I said I could not.They called back a little later saying my time was staying as scheduled since I could not take a different time.
The next day I received another call about 9:30 saying they would be here toward the end my time slot, which was fine. At 12:45 I had to call to see why no one was here to clean my carpet yet or even called to tell me they were running late. Finally at 1:30 someone arrived to clean our carpet.
I had plans for the rest of the day. Some of the those plans had to be cancelled. I understand things happen sometimes that can't be controlled. But I feel when I received the call the day before stating that my time slot was not changing they in fact knew they were not going to make it on time and just didn't want me to cancel. At this point I'm not sure I will ever use Zerorez again.
Scheduling difficulties need fixed
Areas of my carpet were missed during the initial cleaning and there are some streaks in the high traffic areas. However, the technician was professional and explained the process. My carpet smells good and is soft. Also, the office staff was very friendly and when I called about the issues were able to set up another appointment ASAP.
