We had some small hiccups with scheduling, but overall the service was great! Everyone was very professional and the carpet cleaning turned out perfectly! Would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Scheduling was easy. I received timely updates on status and the job was handled at the scheduled time.
I was very happy with the results of my Zerorez carpets cleaning. They were very punctual, friendly and helpful. The specialist even went out of his way to take pictures of the results (as I wasn’t able to be home for the cleaning) and send them to me via my cell at work. Afterwards he locked the door and let himself out. Couldn’t ask for better results!
Carpet feels very clean and fresh. The associate that cleaned are carpet was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the process.

The service technicians were very personable and did an very good job. They clearly explained everything they did to my carpet and upholstery.
My only complaint is that the carpeting took much longer then 6 hours to dry. It really was not completely dry until the next morning.
Serviceman was very professional and carpets looked as good as I could have expected.
My usual technician is Eric and he is always friendly and helpful with any issues my carpet may have. It’s always left extra clean and soft👌🏻

All was well until I learned the price of having my 8' x 10' wool carpet cleaned--price was way much more than I paid by another cleaner in Columbus, OH. Otherwise, workers did fine, carpets are clean.
