Carpets are old and in bad shape, he made them look 100x better
Very thorough explaining the cleaning process and my options and very polite. Loved the results!
Informative service personnel and great results. Thank you.
Both times I've used Zerorez, I've been impressed with the curteous employees and the fact that they cover floors going to the carpeted areas and wear booties on their feet so not to track in your home. The young man was in and out in a short period of time and no mess left behind. Couldn't be happier!
My technician did a very thorough job and the carpet looks fantastic.
Can smell a few places on carpet where there is still pet urine smell.
You guys do a great job getting my carpets clean!
Always punctual, professional, friendly, and thorough. Great company of people who do what they say they will do and treat customers with a servant's attitude.

total job performance.
My basement furniture needed a thorough cleaning after some water damage. The water never touched the upholstery, but we need to make certain that it was thoroughly cleaned and free from contaminates. We were so please with the professionalism of the representative.
And, we are more than pleased with the cleaning and professionalism of the company.
Quick, efficient, very friendly
A sincere effort is made to clearly communicate with process and timeline
Your representative was careful and courteous and very efficient. I have used Zerorez 3 times now, and it is unique and wonderful. Since I am very sensitive to fragrances, the ability to achieve clean without a migraine or asthma is very very welcome.
Very professional
Carpet looks great
Smells so clean !
They put my furniture in my kitchen instead of just moving it forward and cleaning behind it and moving it back never had that done before. In doing this they had to of scooted it instead of picking it up they left two long scratch in my hard wood floor which my contractor said wood filler would just make it show up. And they didn't move one of our couches out I told them they didn't have to move the entertainment cabinet but I never said anything about the couch. I have found some spots on my older carpet which I understand but I used my john Deere's spot cleaner and got one out a lighten the other. The guys were nice and explained the protector and did put things back.
