Technician was precise and careful. Asked for concerns before starting. Carpet looks good and dried rather quickly, but sectional took almost 24 hrs. to completely dry (although it looks great). I will use Zerorez again.

The technician was great, and when he left our carpets looks great (maybe bc they were wet?) Our main reason for having them cleaned were due to pet stains. Once they dried, almost all the pet stains are still visible. We even spent extra money to have the “pet cleaner” applied. First experience with your establishment.... and even though your staff was nice, the product didn’t work on our pet stains.... so that’s super disappointing.
I feel like I was very specific on the phone about the areas I wanted cleaned but I still got upcharged when they came out to my house

My carpet in my daycare was really dirty. I assume it came as clean as possible but it left really clean steaks though out. He also cleaned 2 chairs and they looked awesome. The service man was super friendly and was nice to work with.

Your customer service is fantastic with the most professional and kind staff. Adonis was our service rep and he was so great that I immediately booked him to come back to do upholstery cleaning once we moved into our new house.
We have two dogs so the chemical free aspect is also important. It doesn't smell like harsh detergent when you guys finish...just fresh.

No harsh chemicals
Eric was very professional. He was able to remove a stain in one of the carpets. I should’ve been clearer on 2 pieces of furniture I wanted moved. I guess I misunderstood when we were discussing the rooms. I was disappointed the shower grout was not able to get cleaned, but I understood that grout is very porous and I will have to try another method.
Very thorough cleaning, probably the best we’ve had along with totally professional technicians wins my vote.

When you tell people drying time I was told 4-6 hours and it took already 2-3 times that time
We were satisfied with the re-do of the traffic patterned area of our carpets. The technician and trainee were punctual, courteous and respectful as they went about their work. When we are ready for more carpets to be cleaned, we will definitely call ZEROREZ again.

The team was great but it was ridiculous that I had to pay $50 to reschedule. I could understand if I had it rescheduled and you lost that revenue But you didn’t. It’s a very punitive reaction that is not good for business.
