What our clients think of us!

The education, the grooming and then cleaning of the carpet. The men were polite, professional and groomed well. 😁

I am SO pleased with our carpet cleaning by Zerorez! We had dark spots on our carpet all the way across in front of my husband's recliner for YEARS & Thomas got 85-90% of them out! I can't tell you how pleased we are with the service we received from Zerorez! I had never heard of you until my sister tracked something tar-like thru their house & she called them - then she told me about them. I had always used Stanley-Steemer, but the last time they cleaned (?) our carpet, you couldn't even tell it after it dried & we were entertaining a few days later. I will NOT use them ever again, but will always call Zerorez! Thomas also got ALL THE OTHER SPOTS out - we are EXTREMELY PLEASED with Zerorez!!!!

Don & Name removed

More attention to spots.

Quinten was on time, respectful and kept me informed of the whole process. When he was finished, my sectional couch, area rug, both sets of stairs and my master bedroom looked amazing and smelled fresh and clean. Everything was dry in no time. Quinten did a great job and I would use Zerorez again

Service was great and carpet looks great!

Quick and easy. No wet carpets.

Carpets, wood floors, tile and grout get amazingly clean!

The spot remover is amazing!! The staff are always very virtuous, informative, and thorough.

Very nice staff and they kept themselves very professional

I would highly recommend Zerorez mainly because of your service guy Josh I have never had anyone to clean our carpets as well as he did he explained everything and took his time I didn't feel like he was rushing through like some of the carpet cleaning companies I've had great personality nice guy thank you so much for a great job.

Natural cleaning and friendly technicians

Very friendly and informative! I like that a bunch of soap isn’t used.

Everything

The technician was very nice, but my carpets especially in the dining room don't look any different than before. Also the price for service outside the Indy area are to high. Thank you

James gave great service. Very knowledgeable & efficient!

I like the friendliness of my cleaner Nathan F. He was very knowledgeable of the product and walk through step by step of the cleaning of my carpets. Very happy with his work and would recommend him.

You get carpets clean, also on my tile floors you just use water like I ask you to do.

The tech I asked for came out but only because he saw that I was on someone else’s schedule. I would appreciate if you send the tech that I request. Since I know that person does a great job in cleaning.

chicks on the right radio

Professional & very educational.

Overall, very satisfied. Technician was professional and explained process. Additional cost to treat pet stains and osors was excessive and made the cleaning $100 more than expected. Still have pet urine odor in bedroom that needs to be addressed.

Friendly fast they do a great job

My wife and I thought the technician was very nice and good; and it is because of him that we would use Zerorez in the future and tell others about Zerorez.

Loved it!! So quick and easy. Very nice and professional technician.
