On time very professional.
The crew was efficient. The drying time was within 24 hrs. They explained what they were going to do upfont. They provided options after inspecting our carpets. Very professional.
Very professional and did a very good job.
The employee was very nice and seemed to do a good job. He was timely and was careful throughout our home. There were stains that did not come out. Not sure if it was the product? The rest of the carpet looks nice but disappointed about the stains. I went back over them with the product that was left and they faded a little more. Not sure I will use in the future.

The technician explained everything and my carpets look much better. I like the drying time (much shorter) than urged companies I have used in the past. Also like the use of fans to help with starting the drying process. I will definately be a return customer.
Customer service was great. Very responsive and friendly. Tech arrived on time. We had our carpets cleaned in an over-sized living room and a section (no cushions). I had explained that while our off white carpet is older, it is high quality and looks great. We have them cleaned regularly and they showed no wear or stains to the eye. Our older dog had messed on it 2 days prior. I had cleaned it with a home cleaner using only water at first. After a couple of times over the stain, I did apply Woolite deep carpet cleaner.
While the stain started to lighten, the residue spread and made it appear bigger. Instead of working on it anymore, I called your company. The tech told me he didn't know if he could get it out, but he would try. The same with the off white sectional. I had all of the cushions off. After doing both, (he only did the face, the top of the arms and seat portions, and the back of the seats of the sectional. Not the sides/back, etc) he said he didn't think that it would get any better, that the materials and stains were too old and they had absorbed the stains. (i didn't tell him that the stains were only a couple of days old) I thanked him, paid the $218 bill (which he had worked and got the total brought down and charged us for a loveseat instead of a sectional since my husband questioned him about it since he didn't cover a lot of surface and didn't do any cushions) and he left. Again, the tech was great, explaining everything and even left me a bottle of stain remover for future. The next day, the stain looked the same as before with little to no improvement. The same with the sectional. We stayed out of that room for 4 days. When i went back in, the carpet was crunchy in some areas. As i stated before, its an older, but high quality cotton carpet that has always been soft prior to this visit. I got my home cleaner out, added hot water and cleaned the carpets again. When i dumped the water, it was very dirty looking. Especially for being professionally cleaned and not walked on by man or animal since. I continued a couple more times over the dirty spot (2 more times) util the water ran clear. The spot is gone. I took the hand held tool to the sectional, again, with hot water and the spot (dirt from the dogs brushing against it) came out. Once they both completely dried...the spots stayed gone. Lesson learned. Zerorez was a good thought, but unfortunately didn't work for me.

Erik does a great job and is always very professional and on time. I like that the carpet isn’t super wet like other carpet cleaners.
Matt did a great job explaining the difference between the method of Zerorez and the competitors. He happily went over an area of concern for me on the carpet and I liked the way everything was self contained in the Zerorez van.
I will use them again.
Very professional and extremely clean carpets
The pet treatments were not explained on the phone when I made the appointment, even though I mentioned that was my main concern. I was quoted a price and then when the technician came, the price increased substantially because of the pet treatments.
The original cleaning did not get up the stains or smell that I was concerned about. The technician, Sean, apparently did not recommend the correct treatments and did not see the severity of the stains (the second technician, Matt, saw the problems and recommended the correct treatment, even though those treatments were prohibitively expensive). Sean was very friendly and I think it was a lack of training or experience, not a lack of customer service on his part. Matt was very good at explaining the options and the process and he was also very friendly.
After the second service, the stains and smells are greatly improved, but I just wish I would have had all the information, especially pricing upfront; and that the original cleaning would have been thorough enough to not have needed the second service

Very friendly and professional service. Our technician Sean did a great job. He was prompt within our call window time and did a thorough cleaning. I booked this appointment online and was very happy with the ease of scheduling what I needed done and with the overall work that was completed. I will refer Zerorez to anyone in need of flooring/furniture cleaning.

IT cleaned much better then other companys. Shawn was kind and helpful. We enjoyed having him in our home. HE showed us everything and explained the products and service.

I love that you do not use harsh chemicals and that you do not soak the carpet. Customer service is great and the carpet cleaner was so friendly and thorough! We are planning to have more rooms done for sure!
