From start to finish Zerorez was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Zerorez for all your cleaning.
My appointment was for 10am to 12pm. Received a call the day before my appointment asking if could change my appointment to an earlier time. Because they double booked that time slot. I said I could not.They called back a little later saying my time was staying as scheduled since I could not take a different time.
The next day I received another call about 9:30 saying they would be here toward the end my time slot, which was fine. At 12:45 I had to call to see why no one was here to clean my carpet yet or even called to tell me they were running late. Finally at 1:30 someone arrived to clean our carpet.
I had plans for the rest of the day. Some of the those plans had to be cancelled. I understand things happen sometimes that can't be controlled. But I feel when I received the call the day before stating that my time slot was not changing they in fact knew they were not going to make it on time and just didn't want me to cancel. At this point I'm not sure I will ever use Zerorez again.
Scheduling difficulties need fixed

It is a very effective treatment and it smells great.
I love that there are no chemicals being added to my carpets. They dry quickly and are soft and clean. My technician, Erick, was a perfect gentleman, kind, and knowledgeable and he did a great job. They were in and out quickly and added two rugs to my order on the spot. Highly recommend.
The pet odor and dirt tracked in from my two dogs is gone!! I will definitely use Zerorez in the future! The tech who came to clean my carpet was super friendly and very efficient!
