I like that no chemicals are used and I like that I can see the dirt coming up out of my carpet rather than being suppressed down into it.
I chose Zerorez to clean my apartment carpets as I was about to move out. I chose them over the standard company that the apartment promoted even though I had to pay a little more. I had read the reviews and knew they also had specific pet treatment options. The apartment had told me a month or 2 prior that they didn’t expect me to get my pet deposit back, however following my cleaning, pet treatment, and spot treatment, I was able to get back my full deposit. They were worth the money!
No chemicals
I scheduled you to clean my parents condo and then my house. They were on consecutive days. The condo went fine a couple of miscommunications but acceptable. I told 3 people I needed to leave at 5. The tech called me at 5:30 pm to head to my house. I was not home.
Then on Tuesday your office called me 3 times. I was at work and each time sent it to my voicemail. The third time I answered long enough to tell your rep this was not a good time.
I was a little surprised he kept calling and did not leave a voicemail.

Some corners of the carpet didn’t get cleaned, and the wall got scuffed with the machine and took off some paint.
I love that my carpets are so clean and safe for my dogs!

Cleaning was good and the technician was very nice and helpful, but the cleaning of the tile in the bathroom was not what I expected. I would not waste money on that again.
The technician throughly inspects and explains the treatment prior to starting the work. The process teally cleans the carpet well.
The technician that did our most recent carpet cleaning at the end of May, 2019 was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, careful and neat as he did his job. He also did an excellent job in explaining the entire carpet cleaning process in detail as well as gave us many invaluable tips on how to care for and maintain our carpet and keep it clean. He was the first Zerorez technician to provide us with so much good information. We greatly appreciated it. Hopefully the next time we request our carpet to be cleaned we can get the same technician. We have found that the Zerorez products and cleaning process are superior to other carpet cleaning companies around Indianapolis.

Great customer service. The carpets are not crunchy and dried in about 5 hours.
I’m 71, and it was really frustrating to have to move furniture. I’m not able to do those things and probably won’t use you again although I was pleased with the cleaning
We hired ZeroRez to clean our carpets before we held a graduation party with a house full of guests. There are dirty streaks throughout the carpet that we thought would clear up when the carpets were fully dried, but they didn't. So, we had a house full of guests with carpet that was tiger-striped with lines of dirty carpet. Pretty embarrassing. We'd like for it to be re-cleaned so that it doesn't have all of those dirty stripes across the carpet.
You do it all ! And no chemicals
I was very surprised & put off when a message showed up on the service tech's device giving me the option to pay a tip. That was very awkward. I've never been put in that position by any other service company & it was not welcomed. Giving a tip is something we always do at a restaurant; not for a service provided in our home.
In my opinion, you should stop that option & leave it completely to the customer's discretion to decide if a tip is appropriate.
The other item I'm concerned about is the drying time of the carpet. It's been over 36 hours since the cleaning was completed & I've still noticed a few wet spots. The technician told me we could move furniture back onto the carpet after 2 to 3 hours but the carpet was far too wet to do that. We waited over 15 hours before moving some things back & 36 hours before putting the dining room chairs in place.
I like that there are no chemicals and that the workers were thorough and fast.
