I like the chemistry behind your company
You did not disappoint me. I was very pleased with the result (although the cost was more than I would like). The question was how likely I was to recommend you, which is very different than disappointing me. I just don't see myself discussing carpet cleaning and thus recommending a company to anyone. If you had asked me "how likely would you be to recommend..." rather than "how likely will you be...", I'd have given you a much higher rating.

I thought Zerorez did a great job on my carpets. They looked (and smelled) so much better after their Zerorez treatment. They were much cheaper than Stanley Steamer. My technician was thorough, polite, and on time.
