Professional & very educational.
Overall, very satisfied. Technician was professional and explained process. Additional cost to treat pet stains and osors was excessive and made the cleaning $100 more than expected. Still have pet urine odor in bedroom that needs to be addressed.

Both times I've used Zerorez, I've been impressed with the curteous employees and the fact that they cover floors going to the carpeted areas and wear booties on their feet so not to track in your home. The young man was in and out in a short period of time and no mess left behind. Couldn't be happier!

My basement furniture needed a thorough cleaning after some water damage. The water never touched the upholstery, but we need to make certain that it was thoroughly cleaned and free from contaminates. We were so please with the professionalism of the representative.

They put my furniture in my kitchen instead of just moving it forward and cleaning behind it and moving it back never had that done before. In doing this they had to of scooted it instead of picking it up they left two long scratch in my hard wood floor which my contractor said wood filler would just make it show up. And they didn't move one of our couches out I told them they didn't have to move the entertainment cabinet but I never said anything about the couch. I have found some spots on my older carpet which I understand but I used my john Deere's spot cleaner and got one out a lighten the other. The guys were nice and explained the protector and did put things back.
