4 rooms, a hallway & 15 stairs & he was done within 3 hours?? black spots in master bedroom were coming up out of carpet with my fingernail after he left. if they came up that easily, why wasn't he able to suck them out with wand? felt like he went way to quickly, could've gone over certain areas at least a couple more strokes & gotten the carpet cleaner.
He was very polite & professional, just in a hurry,(in my opinion), & didn't do as good a job as he could've.
Started my cleaning business by shampooing carpets in 1994, you continue to go over & over & over carpets til water is coming back up clean, not still dirty.

I like that you just use water to clean carpets and furniture and not chemicals that can leave residue. Erik did a fabulous job! I will request him again. He was so very professional and courteous.

The person I requested didn't show up. I could have reschedule. No test area was done, the grout wasn't as light in the traffic areas as I would have liked.

The company considers stairs to be 13 steps, I would suggest extending that to 15.
$50 to deodorize a small office seems excessive. Outside of those things, the appt. went well.

The technician was honest and did a very thorough job on my carpets and upholstery. He didn't charge me for one of the chairs because he couldn't get a particularly set stain out. I would definitely use Zerorez again.

Our technician, Quenton, was courteous, professional and attentive to our questions and concerns. He got answers to all our questions, and treated our wool/acrylic area rug appropriately after checking with his manager. He applied the carpet protectant as an add-on service even though it kept him over our scheduled time, and he did the whole job with a great attitude.
