I was disappointed that he didn't move some chairs and tables and clean completely under them. In the past this was done and small pads were left under the legs. Not done this time. I didn't complain at the time but maybe I should have. I thought he should know what he was doing.
Clean & green with no chemical residue. Customer service was awesome. When I originally scheduled I requested 8am; 2 days before appt they confirmed a 2-4pm time slot. I had other appointments scheduled so called & they were able to move things around to accommodate me. Much appreciated!

They kept their appointment as scheduled. Zerorez explained different options. They were polite, and professional. They are highly skilled in the services provided.
When I call to schedule and I ask, “where’s the hidden cost? What are you going to surprise me with?” Tell me. The poor kid that came out to clean had a sales pitch. Give me the sales pitch when I call. I assumed I was already getting everything he was trying to sell.
The technician was very professional and worked very diligently to do the work quickly and
efficiently. She was polite and professional. I am sorry I do not remember her name. We do
have a few very light, but still noticeable streaks. We think it may be due to the age of the carpet, but we aren't sure. The carpet dried quickly which we appreciated.
The tech could not the chair clean.

I didn’t feel like the pet treatment did anything different then just the regular. And I now have a nickel size hole in my carpet that wasn’t there before. Not happy about that.
The carpets looked very good after the team came to clean them.

Technicians were very thorough and explained their method of cleaning and how it was unique compared to the other companies, They were very considerate and friendly. They did an excellent job and we were quite satisfied with their process and guarantee.
I like how my carpets feel when your done and the fresh smell. I wish however there wasn't a minimum service charge to come to Pendleton. I feel Zerorez does an excellent job.
I truly had scheduled the attendant to come at 1:00pm for a reason. I even stated to him that I wasn’t expecting him until 1. My painter ended up having to leave 2 hours earlier because the attendant showed up at 11am. My painter needed that additional time to finish up a room that was being cleaned.

Thomas is a very knowledgeable rep who explains what he recommends and then no frills let’s you decide. He is a true professional and the results are incredible.
We noticed once everything was cleaned up that there is a round area where the hose was laying that was darker. We thought maybe it was just wet and would dry. However it didn't and there is a half circle that is dark like dirty water was there. We will just try to put something on it and let it dry and sweep over it to see if it comes out. This area was not stained although dingy with normal foot traffic prior. The whole area around it that was the same is clean except that two foot area that appears like part of the hose.
