We had our furniture cleaned and the young man was very professional and polite Did excellant work Wanted to tip him but couldn't due to already completed sign off instructions at the beginning of service You need to change the option to tip when work is completed

Far more impressed with zerorez as a company than the technician at our home. He was quite difficult to work with. The girl could see my frustration and got involved with our conversation repeating to him what I was told on the telephone at the time of booking our appt. I was ready to clean our basement carpet as well but he was ridiculously difficult to work with.
