My basement furniture needed a thorough cleaning after some water damage. The water never touched the upholstery, but we need to make certain that it was thoroughly cleaned and free from contaminates. We were so please with the professionalism of the representative.

They put my furniture in my kitchen instead of just moving it forward and cleaning behind it and moving it back never had that done before. In doing this they had to of scooted it instead of picking it up they left two long scratch in my hard wood floor which my contractor said wood filler would just make it show up. And they didn't move one of our couches out I told them they didn't have to move the entertainment cabinet but I never said anything about the couch. I have found some spots on my older carpet which I understand but I used my john Deere's spot cleaner and got one out a lighten the other. The guys were nice and explained the protector and did put things back.

I was extremely disappointed!
I was told that the carpet would be dry in several hours - instead it was 3 1/2 days after being cleaned. ALL of the dirt spots that we had looked much worse after the cleaning - made darker.
After carpet was cleaned - I found out that the person cleaning was a new employee- the trainer employee asked me how I thought he did and if he did a good job. I had no idea, as I wasn't following him. I was also asked if everything looked good when it was sopping wet - well of course it did until it started to dry days later. I was busy working on things in the kitchen and felt like instead of showing me how their water and Iodine worked - the trainer should have been in charge of following the new employee and making sure he was doing things correctly! Had I known he was new- I would have suggested it.
The trainer told me that the employee had 100 days training or something like that but then was told it was his first day doing houses.
I have same stains that I had - carpets were wet for days - not happy at all.
