I am very impressed with the cleaning job and how much better my carpet looks! I am just disappointed the dog smell came back the next day.

I like the fact that there is no residue left behind and there is the ability to have the tile floors cleaned with no harsh chemicals. The process is safe, smooth and simple. Our new home smells great!

When I call to ask for service (as a repeat customer), it shouldn’t be a challenge to “find me in the system”. When setting up the service, I indicate “I don’t want pet protectant.....I don’t want........i just want a standard cleaning”. Therefore, when the technician comes to the house, I shouldn’t need to answer these questions again. The product is fantastic. I’m always pleased. But sometimes I struggle with the people that I need to interact with. That shouldn’t be the case.

I was very pleased with the work that the technician did. He was very knowledgeable about Zerorez.

They did an outstanding job.

The service was great, and the result seems great (it’s only day 2). My one criticism is that the schedule—we were booked for 3-6 pm window, had my husband come home early to watch the little ones, and ZeroRez showed up close to 6:30.

Reliable, honest, great clean!

Had a person here last Monday 6/3 to give us a quote. He measured and said we would hear something form his supervisor/Mngr. NO EMAIL has been received. Called Monday 6/1019 morning and spoke to a C/S rep she was looking into it and would let me know. Now 24 hours later NO response or email. Not good C/S!

As usual, Thomas did a great job. He is so professional and polite, we will continue requesting him for our appointments. Thomas was also working with a trainee, (Lucas?), and he did a great job as well.
This was the first time we had the stairs cleaned and I am glad we chose to mix that into the rotation. On a move forward basis, we will have our stairs cleaned at least 1x year. We always love the quality of work from Zero Rez and the lack of chemicals on our carpets!

Visible difference of cleaning and dries quickly without fear of saturating my pad below the carpet. Works well with us in scheduling and made it right when they had to reschedule us. The technician came in his day off to help.
