My 19 year old badly soiled carpet looks better than I imagined it could. The technicians were very professional and did a great job.

Got the carpets cleaner than any other services
Smells great but didn’t really lift any of dirt traffic marks so carpet didn’t really look any better. Service was good. Just not sure the product is great

Service was timely and efficient. The house smelled great after he finished. The serviceman was friendly and informative. And the price cant be beat!
Everything went great! We had several "puppy training" accidents, and the general pet treatment worked fairly well. After the carpet dried, there were 5-6 stains that "reappeared", and I assume they were ones that were not individually "spot treated", but other than that the technician and the process was fast, friendly, and overall a job well done. If it were at all possible, I'd say finding an even better pet stain pre-treatment, but that's all I can suggest as an improvement!

Carpets feel clean; not sticky and tacky. Powered Water technology seems to work well. My technician, Brandon, was very professional and did a great job!
While I appreciate being done early, planning a 2 to 4 window but they call at 12:45 puts a bit of pressure on the routine. We don’t know the actual time until 2d in advance so day of changes aren’t easy to instantly flip.
Didn’t we used to get a small bottle or a refill of the water? Curious.

The service was quick, quiet and very thorough. The gentleman worked efficiently to clean 3 rooms of carpet and be on his way.
There are a few areas that did not appear to come clean after the carpet was completely dry.

I'm not sure you disappointed me. The day you left my carpets looked great! However as they have dried spots have came back up. And it may not be your guys fault. My Great Dane puppy has done a number on our carpet and maybe no one could have gotten everything out. I do think it looks about 75% better, and your technician was super nice. So like I said, i do not think you disappointed me, it may just be a combination of my puppy, cheap carpet, and padding.

No chemicals or detergent, professional service
1. Long line of dead grass in the front yard where the water hose went from the truck to the front door
2. Pressure from technicians to buy more services at the start of the appt
3. A yard square section of the upstairs bedroom carpet still looks dirty and has strange marks from the machine
4. Equipment left from the service call... I left it on the front porch for pick up
I love that there is no residue but It has been a week and my carpet is still wet and the good smell left almost immediately and an overbearing smell of pet urine is horrible. I had to buy a dehumidifier to get the water out of my carpet and I empty it twice a day since Sunday. I am hoping that when it actually dries the horrid smell dies down.
