If your company can't clean a carpet nobody can - that alone is worth knowing that you've done everything possible to clean a carpet - thanks for being a unique service - I have never used a carpet cleaning service before but with your process I thought it was worth the expense - thanks!

It was a great clean and the gentleman that came was friendly and professional. The scheduler was great because she found an open slot that she was able to put us into and saved us time and moving furniture. The clean happened before the moving day!

Your service techs, Tevin and Mike were very friendly, professional and thorough. Our carpets and couch look 100% better after being cleaned last week by Zerorez! Trevino was awesome. He was very thorough. When he pulled up he noticed we had veteran military plates and offered military discount. We have used Zerorez in the past but Both my husband and I felt he did a much better job than the last technician. My sons room had stains all over the carpet- they are gone!
Eric did a fantastic job on our carpets! Spots were removed and they were dry within a few hours.

I am SO pleased with our carpet cleaning by Zerorez! We had dark spots on our carpet all the way across in front of my husband's recliner for YEARS & Thomas got 85-90% of them out! I can't tell you how pleased we are with the service we received from Zerorez! I had never heard of you until my sister tracked something tar-like thru their house & she called them - then she told me about them. I had always used Stanley-Steemer, but the last time they cleaned (?) our carpet, you couldn't even tell it after it dried & we were entertaining a few days later. I will NOT use them ever again, but will always call Zerorez! Thomas also got ALL THE OTHER SPOTS out - we are EXTREMELY PLEASED with Zerorez!!!!

Quinten was on time, respectful and kept me informed of the whole process. When he was finished, my sectional couch, area rug, both sets of stairs and my master bedroom looked amazing and smelled fresh and clean. Everything was dry in no time. Quinten did a great job and I would use Zerorez again
