Our original appointment was 8-10am. Got a phone call the evening before that a truck was down, after haggling the time a bit (original time was too late in the evening for us) we were able to get a 11-1pm slot for 3 rooms. 1 pm came, then 1:15 and then 1:30 and still no one at our house. Called and found out the previous stop before ours went over on time and the tech was double booked. We said okay, well at this point it was just going to have to be 1 room instead of 3. We then had to haggle the price because 1 room for $132 was outrageous. When the tech finally showed up at our house at almost 3, he was quick and courteous. We really liked him! Very nice gentleman, very professional and did a great job. If it was not for our tech’s outstanding service (Michael C). If it weren’t for him, you were going to get a 1 star review. If we could review on just Michael, it’s be a 10/10 for sure. Due to the way management handled the situation of a truck being down, double booking techs, having to haggle time & price, a 10 star review is not achievable.

I think it was the roller brush, but something left track marks on the carpet. At the time of service, I figured it was just while the carpet was wet and it would go away once dried. But even after vacuuming, they are still there. I guess they'll go away eventually.

I will recommend zerorez to my friends and family. You guys are great from customer service to the techs.. I'm very very happy with the finished product..

Crew seemed to be rushed and didn’t spend
much time working on stains. Very quick to say the stains were due to wear. Didn’t offer to leave bottle of cleaner which has been the case every other time I’ve used Zerorez. Spent $188 for just OK job on small area.
