Requested Eric and as usual he called ahead, arrived on time, very professional yet friendly w us. Carpets and upholstery look great.
Everything went great. Thomas is professional and friendly and knows what he's doing and talking about. He went over the carpet for urine stains from the pets and got them all up. The areas where there was heavy traffic he spent more time on. We are very pleased and will recommend you to our friends and call you when we need it again!!!! THANKS

I like the method that Zerorez uses. Their personnel is very professional from the people on the phone and the technicians who are doing the cleaning. They keep you apprised of what they are doing every step of the way.

You guys do a great job, I have no complaints. If at all possible, maybe be a little more precise with when a service tech will arrive. I understand it may be difficult to do but I do not think anyone is a big fan of the two hour window, but like I said I understand it is the nature of the beast so to speak.

You team called before arriving and arrived within the time frame agreed. They did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. They were able to get old stains out that I thought were permanent. I have already recommended your carpet cleaning service to friends.
The technician was wonderful! He did an amazing job. My carpet looks amazing. There was a smell from the previous owners' pets and it was really ruining the experience of our dining room. We wanted to try zerores because it made sense to us that using a bunch of soap that was left behind would attract dirt back to the spots and we'd be stuck in an endless cycle. Our upstairs rooms look brand new and we could not be happier.
The tech showed up on time. He was very courteous. My carpet looked and smelled so clean and dried in about 4 hours. Zero Rez is highly recommended.

I like the cleanness of my carpet and that my pets can get on it without concern.
My couch looked really good, however after it was all dry the next day it smell like cat pee.
Thorough cleaning by technicians, customer service focused and the process cleans the carpets well.
I like the reverse suction on the pet stain areas. It really works!
After the carpet started to dry there were huge dirty streaks in my berber carpet where I never had any before. He also didn’t clean or completely missed many of the stain spots on my carpet. I could have done a much better job myself. It was obvious he didn’t know what he was doing. My carpet looked worse after he “cleaned” it than before. I paid almost $300 to get 2 rooms & a hall cleaned, treated for pet stains & stain preventative. Everything I paid for needs to be done again & I feel like I should get money back because I haven’t been able to put back my furniture or use my living room until it’s cleaned again. I do not want that guy back in my house “cleaning” my carpet again. Very disappointed in Zerorez, don’t think I’d use it again.
