Very polite and knowledgeable
I really need to speak with someone about your tech dropping fluids on our freshly redone new hardwood floors and causing the stain/clear coat to be removed. Our hardwood floors had only been done one week so they were not able to have water on them for long periods of time. We really need to talk with someone at your facility to see if you guys can fix this or if we need to speak about you paying for our past hardwood flooring company to repair the issue the tech created. Our carpet is amazing after the cleaning but our hardwood is now in an extremely horrible shape for only being fixed one week and two days ago. Please have someone call me and the tech that did my floors because he knows about this issue and mentioned putting something in notes about it. He said that you guys have people who might be able to help with this issue so I wanted to reach out to you first before going any other route....... Please reach out to me later today or sometime tomorrow after 11:30 So I can get this fixed. We just spent $3500.00 on sanding and refinishing our floors. Phone number removed.
I like the work ethic of your cleaners, especially Thomas Bunnell, if I have his name correct. No stopping, no hurry, just constant and consistent going forward until the job is done. No panic, no drama, just cleaning. Thank you.

It is very good and the techs are good also.
Everytime I have Zerorez come out the staff is very nice and personable. They all do their job very efficiently and doesn't take alot of time. The cleaning solution really takes away some old dirt stains. There is one thing I think should be changed. When you send confirmation of customers appointment you should give them a special notice about tips for the service tech guy. It kind of comes up on the tablet right in front of the service tech. That is an awkward moment for the tech and the customer.
It was quick, the carpet looked good when it was done, and the drying time was fast.

The reasons I continue to hire Zerorez for carpet cleaning is they make the scheduled window for arrival, the service person is always cordial and thorough in their work, and the means by which the cleaning is done is by far more complete and satisfactory than any other method I've tried.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez above any other local company or method.

Your Tecnician John treated my home like it was his. He worked hard, was professional. I've tried a bunch of carpet cleaning companies & they promised not near what your Co does/did! Zero respect stood by all promises! The equipment was clean, quieter than others and protections were put in place to protect my walls, paint & property! I'll be calling again!
