We were able to get prompt service which was super important since we had somewhat of a cleaning emergency on our hands. Our service associate was very polite, detailed, described the entire process and gave a demonstration. He seemed to care about doing a good job and I was very happy with the outcome.

We had some stains on our family room rug from life with 3 little boys under 3 years! Now it’s all clean. Tevin, our Zerorez representative, was polite and efficient in cleaning the rugs. The technician, Josh, was very honest and thorough and explained everything. My couches and carpet are smelling nice and fresh. Everything dried very quick and wasn't crunchy.

They were here when they said they'd be and got the job done faster than they said they would. The carpet dried relatively quickly and it all came out very well
The 1st technician we had was still real green & needed more training- carpets were worse after they were cleaned. The second technician that came out to re-do the cleaning was great and thorough. Very pleased the 2nd time.

My original quote was $180 and I ended up paying nearly double. My carpets are clean and the two gentlemen who arrived to do the work were professional and kind, but I was really dissatisfied with the cost. How did what I state I needed cleaned not get communicated better?
No residue
Some of the tile didn't get as clean as other areas. We also now have an issue with the bathroom door hitting the tile when it opens. That never happened before.
