Stains were not removed after cleaning
If I could give an 11 out of 10 for customer service, I most certainly would. My cleaning technician was thorough, informative, and personable. He went above and beyond my expectations.
The stains on the carpet keep coming back. Strange they look gone for about a day and then they’re right back.
All is good.
The system used to clean my carpets is amazing. They stay cleaner longer than other companies we have had clean our carpets. Every staff member we have ever dealt with whether on line, on the phone and the technicians are knowledgeable, professional and go out of their way to help in anyway possible. Josh came to our house recently and was able to get some spots out I didn't expect he would be able to remove. He kept me involved in each step of the process and was very personable. I continue to drop the name Zerorez to anyone who will listen. You guys are great and truly take providing excellent customer service serious in addition to having a quality process. Thanks again!

I was disappointed light things were not moved .. such as a 4 pound lamp and a small rocking chair in the middle of the room.. that weighs as less than 10 pounds that was obviously in a spot that was meant to be vacuumed .. many stains did not come out and technician did not even converse with me to tell me if he tried to remove them.
Price on cleaning area rug went from $120 to $320. Even though the rug was a wool blend, the price was unreasonable.
Particular areas that were pointed out on upholstered couch and love seat were missed in the cleaning process. The technician did spot clean the areas when they were again pointed out to him.
When I called the office after the cleaning service was complete to inquire about the invoice, the person answering the telephone seemed preoccupied with other matters. I was sent another copy of the invoice which was not the question that I had. After reiterating that the question was "about" the invoice, not for a copy of the invoice, I was referred to a manager. The manager was in a meeting at the time and would call back probably in about an hour. Two days later, I still had not received a call back.
I called the office again and received the company's rate on the rug cleaning. Even though it was done in one service call, saving the company and a technician a return trip had it been cleaned offsite, the rate was the same. The reason given was the cost of materials.
On a positive note, the technician was on time, very professional, appeared to be a hard worker and was respectful of our property and furniture.
Overall quality of the cleaning was good.
Pricing on the area rug cleaning was excessive.
Failure of management to return my call was unacceptable.
The technician had very good people skills and with a little more experience will develop as an excellent employee.
Despite having used Stanley Steemer for a number of years, I didn't like the way they soaked my carpet. It took at least two days to become thoroughly dry. It was then that I decided to give your company a try. I found the carpet dried more readily and your service technicians were helpful and did a good job. In addition, because Stanley Steemer uses strong chemicals, my cat would almost always throw up afterwards, as she walked on it and then would groom, using her paws to her mouth.
I request Eric to clean for me because I know he always does a very nice job. Even though I requested him for this last cleaning and was told he would be here, Mike arrived. I have to say I was very pleased with the job he did as well.
