Zerorez has gotten my white 2001 white carpets cleaner than any other company and I have tried a few! I tried Zerorez a few years ago and have never left them. They have never disappointed. Not only are their cleaning results better, but their personnel are courteous, efficient and professional. Highly reccomend!

The charge for the area rug was as much as the rest of the house - 4 BR and 2 staircases. There was no extra equipment needed or used. Ripoff.

I have appreciated the cleaning of our carpet that ZeroRez seems to do well and the technicians are professional and easy to talk to. I am still concerned about the lack of feedback about pictures that i sent of our perenials dying from the water being emptied on them.

We had the extra extractions done and everything and still within a day doors and residue were seen. The carpet was not old maybe a year or two but had needed cleaned badly and even had a pet treatment on it but it still didn’t look good within a day. We decided to just pull all of our carpet up and redo it as we are putting our home on the market. So, this was not a good investment for us unfortunately.

Arrived 12:45, completed the job and left at 3:35. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the carpet’s appearance after it had dried for a day.
Brandon worked the carpet the way I would. Best carpet cleaner ever in my considerably long life. Cleanest ever since the carpet was new. No soap residue so the cleans lasts.
