My couch, chair and ottoman look fabulous. I got these pieces of furniture second hand and they just looked dingy from normal use dirt. I am thrilled to have looking fresh and smelling good.
They did a very thorough job of extracting cat urine from the corner of the rug. Also advised about the possibility of the baseboards having been affected.
Cleaned the whole carpet and put a coating on top to help if there were further accidents.

Our tech was super nice and I really liked him, but our room that we had cleaned still smells like cat urine and the areas he deep cleaned don’t smell like anything was done.
Curtis was very polite and friendly, highly professional. Explained what he was going to and then gave us an exceptional clean carpet. Fantastic job. Carpet looks new and it is 25 years old.
Technician was courteous and professional. He explained what was going to be done and stopped partway through to show me the progress and answer any questions I had. We will use ZeroRez again.

Old carpet came clean!!
The carpet had dark streaks on it through out the house. I used my own carpet cleaner to redo the whole process. Even the water that I extracted from the carpet was gray and looked dirty. We are new customers and we spent a lot of money to get this job done. Very disappointed.

While I am pleased with the result of the cleaning, I feel it is very expensive and unafordable for most people, the cost of a new rug.
After having my chairs cleaned, I discovered that they weren't as clean as I thought they were. The seats were not stained or really that dirty, but after they dried I could see the same dirt spot as before the cleaning. I guess I should have known they weren't as clean as I thought they should be because I had to show him a spot on the side of the seat that was sooo visible that needed to be cleaned that he totally missed.
Tech did a great job on my carpets. He was very diligent.
The service technicians are very professional. They are respectful of property. They explain the process well and answer any questions. They do a really good job of the requested service. I would recommend.

You guys need to allow more flexibility with payment. I am a property manager and hired your company to come out and do all the carpets it was a big home. The total was over $800 I added on the enzyme treatment for pet odors throughout the home. Before treatment I told the technician I have used your services before. Since I am a property manager I travel around Indy so I am not always present at my desk therefore payment right after the service is completed was not going to be an option as id be back at my desk around 6pm and he would be finished well before then. He said he would talk to his supervisor to ensure that would be ok as he did not think it would be an issue especially since i have used your services previously. The supervisor said no and demanded he stayed until he received payment. The technician pleaded as he would then have to wait nearly three hours for me to get to my desk where my company card was to make payment. The supervisor insisted he stayed. I felt awful for the very friendly technician while he waited on a very hot day. It was ridiculous. I was told the enzyme treatment would break down any stubborn smells however I can still smell a strong odor so I was also not satisfied with that either. If you are able to make amends I would be happy to use your services again as I manage over 60 properties and need a reliable carpet cleaning company. Unless things are made right I will take my business elsewhere.
