Kenny was very professional and thorough.
They did a great job regarding the cleaning. I feel that the initial call could've been more "honest" from the perspective of extra costs. Our initial estimate grew 100% which had we been asked initially, we would've included in the cost of our cleaning. Seemed as though they were applying an impulse buying tactic, which cheapened the reputation of the company. Just tell me the cost up front with the options and let me choose when making the appt
My technician was very helpful and discussed add ons appropriately. He took good care to make sure I didn’t slip when transitioning from wet carpet to tile. Thanks again for the great service!

Majority of stains did not come out of the carpet. The technician was nice and seemed to do a thorough job, but majority of stains are still noticeable.
The technician returned to finish cleaning of a few stains on my carpets. He did this to our satisfaction.

The technician was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. It seemed to dry faster that the past couple times I used Zerorez. I think maybe he did a better job at something, but I'm not sure what he did different. Overall we are very pleased.

My Technician was awesome. He spent time to ensure all carpet and tile was clean.

We signed up for the room special if I remember correctly was $199 for 3 rooms. We had anticipated paying extra for large rooms. Added on hallway price. Our invoice ended up being around $400. A lot more than I had anticipated. We had several stains on the carpet that the tech said he pre-treated. All of them popped back out the next day once the carpet was dry. Had tech come back out to treat again and was still not able to get them up. He offered a additional service for stains that would cost $75 for each 3x3 area so that would have costed me an additional $500 for something I feel the initial cleaning with pre-treatment should have covered. Why offer an additional treatment that costs more $ when the regular cleaning should take care of stains. I ended up doing a Home remedy with Water, Hydrogine Peroxide and Amonia. ALL of my stains came out and it's been almost a month and NONE of them have returned. If I would have known about this before I would have never called for carpet cleaning. We were putting our house on the market so I felt the carpets needed cleaned. Overall because none of the stains were removed by you and ALL were removed by me with a Home Remedy, I was very disappointed with your service.
It is a very professional, safe, reasonably priced service. Stains were removed. Carpet looks feels and smells great!

Curtis was very professional. Arrived on time and was very courteous. We walked through the areas to be cleaned and he explained in good detail so that we understood exactly what he was going to be doing and what the expected results should be. Could not have been any better carpets look fabulous and exactly as he described to us what we would see when he was finished. He also explained about some other areas in the house and provided price information. We elected to pass and there was no further pressure to upsell us. We will definitely be back quality and service have been terrific.
I really like that you only use water to clean with so it is safe for our pets. Brandon was our cleaner and he was very polite and friendly. Our carpets look amazing! We will definitely use Zerorez again.
