The carpet cleaning service was exceptionally easy to schedule on line. Curtis, the technician who cleaned the carpet, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Curtis did a thorough job. He recommended the carpet protection application, and we took advantage of that service. We highly recommend Zerorez.
Love my clean fresh furniture
I had a sectional sofa and two area rugs cleaned. The larger rug 11 x 11 turned out good. The smaller area rug now has the edges that won't lay flat. The white sectional doesn't look any better than it did before it was cleaned. Disappointed in Zerorez

the only thing better than 10 is 11 where they move all furniture. But they do help with every things moving back

Thomas did an excellent job. Having a 5 year old often leaves my carpet stained, however when the work was completed my carpet looked brand new and left quite the impression. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Dustin came when expected. Quickly and efficiently set up his equipment. Did a diligent job and we were completely satisfied with the carpets and the furniture cleaning.

Last treatment was done by the nicest guy, but when the carpet dried the cleaning of an area of our main concern was only irregularly cleaned.l
Spots came back after first cleaning then next round charged for a deeper clean and was made aware by the second tech that the first cleaning was not done right. Took five days to allow to dry for 2nd cleaning and still not looking good. Call me at Phone number removed to discuss further.

We had a good cleaning today the gentleman was very polite. He tried very hard to get a grape stain out.
I wish I could have had my area rug done today though, it was covering carpet that really didn’t t need cleaned, but the area rug really needed cleaned.

My carpets look new! The technician took the time to explain the price and the process so there were no surprises. He was very conscientious of my home and treated it like it was his own. Carpets dried quickly and feel soft. No residue and no worries with my pets. Highly recommend!
