How your Technician explained everything to me on how the your cleaning process works
The professionalism that Brandon provided was the best of the best. His explanation of the process from start to finish reassure that I made the correct decision by using zeroRez. I added the carpet protector based on the explanation and longevity of my one year old carpet based on everything that Brandon shared.
Brandon was very nice and polite. He did a fantastic job and was in and out quickly.
I love the cleaner option of Zero Rez vs. regular carpet cleaners. My home smells cleaner and I think its healthier for my dogs.

The gentleman that came was 15 minutes early. We appreciated this. He was thorough with what he was going to do. He was informed that ALL THE ROOMS HE WAS CLEANING had just been painted within 48 hours. However, I could hear him banging into the baseboards as he "cleaned". He did not get close to the baseboards with maybe a smaller attachment. My guess is that it would have taken longer than the ONE HOUR he spent "Cleaning" our rooms. I had heard great things about your company, and was impressed with him when he first arrived. Upon his departure was when I found scratch, gouge, dings and nicks in my freshly painted baseboards. I have photos if you would like to see them. VERY poor job in being careful. The carpets look OKAY, but I was not impressed with the final outcome.

It was a definite makeover experience. We had some deep stains from years not months. It was wall to wall white carpet including bathrooms and kitchen. This tells you how old the carpet is also. We were able to move all furniture back in 4-5 hours later. Had a large crowd of people in for a celebration 3 days later. So happy we had the extra protection put on in family room and kitchen. Looks almost new again. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very friendly and explained how this works and took extra care of making sure everything was clean and we were happy with the outcome. Yes I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
