Always pleased with the product, service and technician. I have been using Zerorez for 4-5 years now and have been completely satisfied.
My carpet looks great and the technician was very courteous. I do smell a bit of pet residue so I wish I had been offered some type of deodorizer to get rid of that. The reason I had the carpet cleaned was because the previous owner had a dog and we have a severe dog allergy in my household.
Also, we did not have any furniture in the room when the carpet was cleaned. I called the day after the cleaning to ask if I could purchase a few of the foam pieces that go under the furniture because the carpet was still a bit wet. When I called I was told ZeroRez does not do that because we did not have furniture at the time of cleaning. I asked to purchase these and pick them up. I felt the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful.
Had a great experience and great outcome! Service provider was amazing. Only wish I had known that the analysis would potentially cost more for pet damages, but it all turned out great and my service provider went above and beyond.
Most of the spots we had on the carpet are gone!
Reasonably priced. Smells wonderdul. No residue. Clean carpets!! Lots of additonal services available. Curtis was very professional and explained wverybting clearly. 10/10 would recommend

Our technician Jarrel was absolutely awesome. Our carpeting is 33 years old and he worked really hard to get the stains and odors out. He was very kind and professional.
Did not inform of service charge until service was already completed. Would not have Engaged with business had I known. Field rep was awesome but front line service was insufficient.
I have heard good reviews about Zerorez and was able to experience it myself. The gentleman who came out to clean the carpets was very professional and and respectful of my time. He explained the process thoroughly and made it simple for me during the cleaning process.

Prices seem high compared to competitors
I absolutely loved having Curtis out here. Curtis was very professional & explained to me what I needed & did a great job with the cleaning. Even though I did not purchase anything additional Like he recommended “Financial Reasons” He still did an amazing job and worked hard to get out stains from my dog.

Quick service, no chemical smell, friendly employees
I've used Zerorez in the past. Very good company that does great work. They tell you the cost over the phone, will let you know of any discounts you may be eligible for, and are always on time. Curtis the gentleman that came to my house this time was very friendly and courteous and explained to me how he was going to clean my carpet. And WOW, Curtis done a great job, of course, I didn't expect him not to. Thank you ZEROREZ, and especially Curtis !!!
