I do appreciate that they came back out and cleaned the bathroom that was missed and relooked at the 2nd one. However, none of the edges were cleaned. I had to get down and scrub them all with a sponge (was told sometimes the edges just are dirtier). Even the bathrooms that he came back a second time to look at didn't get the edges cleaned. I had told him when he got here that I had already cleaned the edges of the kitchen and he said "don't worry about doing that, that's why I am here" but then proceeded to not clean the edges in any of the bathrooms. End results were just ok for how expensive it was. The owner of the building has yelled at me multiple times for how much he spent vs results.

Young man very personable. Explained everything as he was doing job. And other process he could use on tougher stains.
I opted not to do more only because it is old carpet that I haven’t decided yet what I’m going to do in the spring. As far as replacing.
I love that Craig was able to get out stains that other companies couldn't get out. It was easy to make and get an appointment. I appreciate the carpets smelled great and dried so much faster than other companies we have used.
I really like that you only use water to clean with so it is safe for our pets. Brandon was our cleaner and he was very polite and friendly. Our carpets look amazing! We will definitely use Zerorez again.

They did a great job regarding the cleaning. I feel that the initial call could've been more "honest" from the perspective of extra costs. Our initial estimate grew 100% which had we been asked initially, we would've included in the cost of our cleaning. Seemed as though they were applying an impulse buying tactic, which cheapened the reputation of the company. Just tell me the cost up front with the options and let me choose when making the appt

Majority of stains did not come out of the carpet. The technician was nice and seemed to do a thorough job, but majority of stains are still noticeable.
The technician returned to finish cleaning of a few stains on my carpets. He did this to our satisfaction.
