Quality of work done and professionalism of tech!
The technician was very professional and courteous explaining what would be going on as he does it. Cleaned up behind himself, ask if we had any questions.
It’s not that I was disappointed. I felt that cleaning from other companies that I’ve used in the past did a better job at cleaning my carpets. I don’t know if it’s because you guys do not use harsh chemicals like the other companies do I feel like my carpet was softer after they were finished compared to when you guys were finished The technician that I had was great answered. All my questions was very professional was worried about my floor was worried about my walls very very respectful of my personal items.

The stains after the carpet was cleaned appeared to be gone. The next morning they reappeared. I was shocked to see them again and puzzled, why??
