Our technician, Scott, was FABULOUS!!! He was polite and took care not to damage the house and shared his progress (before & after pics) as he tackled a new area of the house. I highly recommend Zerorez and if you can, ask for Scott.
The product and service is good. Your people are great to work with. Times stated are adhered to. Text’s of acknowledgment and reminders are helpful. Phone call’s with ETA’s help me adjust my busy schedule accordingly.

Serious lack of communication from the technician. He didn't tell my husband what we needed to do, he was on his phone the entire time, and left without saying goodbye. Left his booties there, didn't do a walk-thru with my husband before leaving. Overall a very disappointing experience. Also, the carpets seemed very wet when he left in comparison to the last time we used ZeroRez.
I suppose you could give us a partial refund to make things right? The carpets turned out fine, the experience was just subpar.
Technician was professional and friendly, and although he was late, stayed very late to finish the work. Results were what we expected. Very satisfied.

The entire experience. The ordering of the service was best part of the experience, except for the deception of ordering to have the furniture to be cleaned. The technician did not act like he was knowledgeable about cleaning the carpet. The traffic areas did NOT look like they were even attempted to be cleaned. I have had better experiences with other companies, but have heard rave reviews about Zerorez, I thought I would give this company my business.
Curtis, the technician, was kind and a pleasure to work with. He did not pressure me for the add-on services. Definitely will be working with you all again very soon!
Be up front about service fee. You advertise a 3 room $129 cleaning but don’t let people know of the $25 service fee so to clean rooms it is $159. You do a great job. I upset with all the add on fees. It cost me a lot to get my carpets cleaned when my dog was sick. The carpet cleaner, Dwayne did a fantastic job but it was very expensive!
Was surprised at the $25 Service Fee and then for the oversized room fee. They only cleaned the high traffic areas as the larger furniture couldn't be moved....so only about 1/2 of the room, or less was cleaned but charged an oversized room fee.
Also, I had a 2 pet stains so paid for the Odor Sub Extraction Treatment. Thomas was able to removed 1 stain but the other one now has an orange color on the beige carpet. Didn't realize that before he left since the carpet was wet and I didn't walk on it.
Carpet took 2 days to dry, not a few hours per the website and paperwork.
The technicians are well trained and perform their job in a professional manner.
