The appointment process is easy. Rep arrived as scheduled. Process of cleaning was quick and results were great.
I think ZeroRez has the best results for the steam cleaning of my sofa! Their office and staff are very knowledgeable and professional! Chad came out this last time and did an outstanding job! He was very thorough...fast and efficient! I gave him a $50 tip...such a nice young man! You are very fortunate to have him on your team! He's a keeper! :)

Everything smells & looks so clean & fresh! It dries quickly too! You arrive on time and clean up afterwards. They are very careful doing their work and take care with your home! Very professional and friendly.
We have had carpets cleaned three or four times by your company. Great service, great job every time. We had you clean our dryer vent in February. Dryer run time was much better that before. You came out July 3rd to do the dryer vent again and did not get the same quality of service. Only one person came out. Ladder wasn’t talk enough and/or stable enough to reach the dryer vent on the roof. This was not an issue the first rime you were out. He asked my wife to come out and hold the ladder for him, which she did, to get on the roof, but said the roof was too hot. It was a hot day (92). The roof was probably too hot. Probably should have scheduled for first thing in the morning. We are sure the vent did not get cleaned out properly. Dryer still takes 1 1/2 hours to dry a load of towels. Probably need a redo.
Unlike a different company I tried, when the carpet was dry, it wasn't stiff and hard. It came out soft and normal feeling
I had several dog pee spots in a couple of areas. I discussed this with the technician before he started and tried to show him the spots with the black light. You couldn't really see any stains without the light but the smell was there. I did some things downstairs while he started on the upstairs area. I was absolutely shocked when he came down and told me he was done because it was so quick. I even mentioned this to him at the time. Immediately, he had me look at the spots with my black light. The sun was shining in the areas so I couldn't see most of them but could see a couple. There was no offer to redo that area. That night, when I shined the black light, most of the spots were still there. Some still very bright. There aren't really visible stains on the carpet and like I said before, there never were. I don't notice the smell now but again, when shining the black light, the spots remain. I am disappointed overall and probably won't have ZeroRez again. Something else that I noticed is that a few years ago, I had ZeroRez clean carpets in a different house where we had a dog. That technician used a rubber squeegee to pull up any dog hair prior to cleaning. That didn't happen this time.
My light colored carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years. I thought the heavy traffic areas were ruined. Zerorex brought them back to looking nearly new. They also cleaned a chair that turned out great.
The technician was timely, pleasant and fast. My only complaint is that he moved the equipment so quickly (and not carefully) that there are several gashes in my woodwork.

I have had my carpets cleaned by ZeroRes several times and it has always been done thoroughly and professionally. The product dries quickly, the carpets are clean and the technician who performs the procedure is always personable and professional.
we've tried a number of different carpet cleaners. we like this the best. it seems to just do the best job. always nice friendly guys who come to do the work.
The gentleman who applied your product to our rugs, was very good, very courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing.
As for your product, it’s really too early. I need to see if the spots come back and we’re just pushed to the bottom of the rug and will eventually resurface. As they have done with another cleaning company I had come out several years ago.
