Great informative service.
We went with the carpet cleaning, but they offer a plethora of other services as well. Anything from showers/baths to hardwood, or even apolhstry.

I thought I would notice some mild, fresh cleaned scent afterwards. It smelt damp.
The carpet took quite a while to dry. I had the 3 ceiling fans going full blast and 2 other fans for the loft area and stairs. The stairs were the wettest. Other companies I've used in the past didn't leave carpet as wet. The stairs were a little damp at 11:30 pm. He was done at 9:30 am.
Your van left an oil stain on my driveway...my house is on the market for sale.

The carpet was done on Monday late in the day around 3pm. It is now Wed 5pm and the carpet is still very wet in many areas. Having to run space heaters and fans to dry. I gave an 8 because the gal I spoke to on phone was great. The tech that came out was friendly and he really did clean the carpet. Just a little too wet.
Prompt and courteous. Got stain out you missed three other times!

Excellent customer service in providing initial information and scheduling. Technician was Jalen /Indianapolis. He called ahead, showed up on time, and did a fabulous cleaning job. Jalen was excellent and was quick and efficient. He then showed us his work and checked that we were satisfied. Excellent pricing with the special too. Jalen and Zerorez are the best carpet cleaners we have ever used in Indianapolis!!
The scheduling process was easy. The technician was friendly and efficient.
Listen to the customer as I told him I think there’s some dirt on the couch and he said it was the way the fabric laid. After he left I took a scott towel and it was dirt.

I do not think that the cleaning did very much. I had to carpet clean a small spot today and noticed the water came out really dark and dirty. So I cleaned a separate spot on the carpet that is not a traffic area, so should still be quite clean from last week’s cleaning And that water came out dark and dirty. I am very disappointed in the way you try to up charge during the appointment. When I asked the technician, he said I’d have to pay an extra $75 for every 3 x 3 spot to actually get it clean. That’s ridiculous. My home carpet cleaner appears to have cleaned as well as the job you charged me over $400 for. I will not be recommending you and as a matter of fact, I have already told one person who was waiting for my review that at this point, I can’t see that it’s worth the cost.

I use this carpet cleaning service pretty regularly. This time the tech said since the hose barely reached the far bedroom, the suction power was not great and he was not able to get it very dry. The carpet was very wet. This was on Thursday and on Saturday morning it still feels damp. I have never had this problem before. I have never had a tech tell me the suction power is not good in the far bedroom, this was the first I ever heard of this. He was a nice tech and he even applied pet deodorizer in an extra bedroom since he had left overs so I did appreciate that.
I absolutely loved Curtis and the services he provided. I wish there were more technicians like Curtis and the quality of work he has done.
Curtis was good at communicating when he was arriving and what to expect. Walked through to talk everything over. Discussed options for the pet stains and did a quick, efficient and good job.

The technician did not spend as much time with the cleaning steps compared to the Zerorez technician we had a few years ago. I am glad you offer a free re-clean which I'm taking advantage of this week.
