The first time we had them cleaned it was horrible. Carpet was left crunchy and with an odor and didn’t really look clean. We emailed and chatted with Andy Cala and he was excellent and wanted to make sure he made things right. Thomas came out the next week and fixed it! Carpet was left in much better shape and he helped explain everything as well as show us what a machine did. Only reason I would give a 6 is bc it truly depends on which person you get to clean your carpets & seeing as how this was my first experience, I can’t rate it higher. However the customer service by all was a 10.
When I called you for my first appointment I told the sales person that I didn't have a home phone, and would need to be called by my cell phone number. I waited for nearly and hour 1/2 and hour for a phone call stating you were on the way and never recieved it, because you were calling my business number. Your employee left because they couldn't get ahold of me - MAKE SURE YOU CALL THE PROPER PHONE NUMBER !!!!

I had to rely on my fiancé to be present when they came. I was given a time of 10-12. My fiancé was there at 9:30 but driver didn’t call until near 11:00 and didn’t finish until nearly 1.

I am always impressed by the cleaning job Zerorez has done on my carpets. I am a little confused though on why I have to "tip" my technician when I paid $345 for roughly 90 minutes of work? I'm sorry, but asking people to tip on top of what I'm already paying is ridiculous. You don't tip an HVAC or electrician when they come out?
Tevin was very personable and explained everything he would be doing and gave a live demonstration of how your cleaning system works. I would highly recommend their services to my family and friends.

I loved the care that Thomas gave to my home; however I've made a report to the Better Business Bureau and filed a claim for fraud. It's not $139 as advertised.

Josh did a good job on the carpets. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly, however it seems as though they dried funny and looks like multiple marks were on the floor and a stain returned. Perhaps it's just the way it dried but it doesn't look "cleaner" in that specific area. Other than that I would recommend due to timely and and courteous response as well as the process seemed quite fast (minus the 6 hours) it took to dry completely.
