You tried 2 times, two different technicians, without an explanation that I can believe. I really think your process is good for a not to dirty carpet but one that need some extra effort it fails greatly.

I had a good experience with you last year, but this time was different. On a positive note, this technician was very professional, but here are the issues I had with the experience overall:
1) Right when the technician walked in the door he said that the notes in file indicate my carpet is older, so he warned me that he wouldn't be able to get it very clean looking - he was standing on my hardwood floor entryway at the time and hadn't even seen my carpet yet! This already put me in a negative mindset. A better approach would have been to say, after walking into the house and actually seeing the carpet, that "even though the carpets are older they are in really good shape considering their age" (which IS true, because I take really good care of them).
2) He charged me $34 to clean the walk-in closet of the master bedroom (I was not charged for this last year). I think $34 is very high for the small size of the closet, and was not happy about the surprise upcharge (he did warn me about the upcharge before he cleaned it, but I wasn't going to have him not clean it since he was already there).
3) He seemed in a hurry, and did not clean as thoroughly as the last technician. He was there from 8:30-10:30, which I think is a short amount of time for $300+ worth of work and 5 rooms, a hallway, stairs, walk-in closet. In a couple of the high-traffic areas I still saw dirty spots, so I got out my spot cleaner and scrubbed a bit and the rag I was using had quite a bit of dirt transferred to it. I feel like he just did one quick swipe and left. I would have expected at minimum a few very slow swipes/scrubs with the machine in obvious high-traffic areas that would get dirtier.
4) In two of the bedrooms and hallway I had left the closet doors open and asked if he would clean the transition section right under the doors where it leaves a black line from the doors being closed for long periods of time. I am pretty sure that he just closed the doors and did not clean the transition.
5) The last technician walked me through the house to check his work to make sure all was satisfactory. This technician did not do so.
5) I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the fact that when paying the invoice, the screen came up to check "yes" or "no" to give a tip. I have never heard of tipping a carpet cleaning technician, and when the technician is standing right there watching you check the box you feel obligated to tip. That is why I tipped, not because I though the job was great. At that point I didn't even know whether the job was good, since I didn't walk around to check the work until after he left.
The bottom line is that I feel like he was in a hurry to get to another job (he told me that he had been allotted to be complete by 10:00), which is not enough time to set up the equipment, clean everything, take out all the equipment, and still do a thorough job. He spoke and acted in a very professional manner, but was in a hurry.
Each time we hire Zerorez we are completely satisfied with the results. The technicians are well trained, courteous, and do an excellent job explaining what they did to each room.
The gentleman from Zerorez was on time and very polite. He told me everything he was doing and what was happening to my furniture. I was very impressed with how well everything was cleaned and the drying time was very fast as well. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing things in their homes cleaned.
Josh was superb! Polite, courteous, professional, friendly and great company! He provided fantastic ideas and kept me fully informed on the options and potentials of my floors. I hope when I request service again, they send him!

I paid $409 to have my carpets cleaned. They were urine stained. I'm not sure the technician knew what he was doing. The carpets were better, less stained; however, after they started drying the urine odor was 2-3 times WORSE than they were before Zerorez cleaned them. It is attrocious! I am having them come back next Saturday free of charge and hopefully they can get the smell out - but I"m very disappointed at this point. Two Saturdays gone down the tubes hoping to get my carpets cleaned!

Noah C. did an excellent job on some very tough stains! We had the Zerorez ad-worthy stains that had attracted dirt after we tried to spot clean with a commercial rug soap. They didn't come out completely but they look so much better. He seemed very competent and knowledgeable. Even happily went back over some areas when I asked him to!
