You do a great job cleaning my carpet. I've shampooed them in the past and seem to have a bit of a residue. Zerorez gets rid of that and also worked removing pet stains from my dining room carpet.
Easy scheduling, appointment times readily available. Quick, efficient, but detailed service once on-site.
The tile I had cleaned and sealed was not cleaned next to toilet and walls. I was told machine would not get any closer. When I pay to have something cleaned I expect to have all of it cleaned. Also there was sealer all over the floor. I was told sealing stick was leaking and he needed to get a new one.
The tech. was great. He removed several small but annoying stains from our carpeting. An overstuffed chair looks new.
The carpets look great and there is no heavy scent. The technicians are always very polite and helpful. They take all the necessary precautions to protect furniture and other flooring.
Matt did a great job and made sure I got my money’s worth. I was very pleased with the service able to get more done than I thought. I will definitely refer your company and will use you again.

I think your services are fine, no better or worse than other companies I have used. I think an additional fee to remove the dirty water is a bit high as well as pricing for the 3 areas that were cleaned.

He arrived at the beginning of the time window. He was professional, clean, and detailed. He explained the system by demonstration. The whole house was done quickly and my Berber carpet looks great!
Nathan was very knowledgeable about carpets. Even though some of our carpeting has been worn he did a fantastic job cleaning the nonworn areas. It was nice to have most of the upholstery and carpeting dried prior to his leaving our home. I plan to request his services again the next time we are due for another cleaning.
Our carpets are far cleaner after they were cleaned by Zerorez. Quentin and Tyler were professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Zerorez next time.
You always do such a great job and we don’t have to deal with carpets that are soaked afterwards.
Seems to work. Waiting to see if any spots reappear. Don't know if it is possible but the carpet at the baseboard needs cleaning and it was not reached. One spot has appeared.
Brandon M. was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable in his services. I regret not using this company sooner to upkeep our carpet better. I’ll be referring Brandon to my family and friends.

Make sure to remove all of the chemical sprayed on carpets. Many spots are sticky on our carpet once it dried- having a technician out again to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time this has occurred.
We had our carpet cleaned yesterday and our stairs are still wet. Also I think more should have been spent in our living room. I expected it to look better.
I love how fast it dryed and how clean the house smells and walking bare foot on the carpet feels like new, the carpet is from 1971

I'm happy with the quality of the work. My only suggestion for improvement is a more clear communication of costs. Once the cleaner was here, he strongly suggested a pet treatment for a couple of areas of my carpet and indicated that if I didn't choose it I would be displeased with the results. I was already spending well over $200, and the thought of spending that amount and being unhappy made me feel like I had no choice but to spend an additional $150 for the pet treatment. It was also suggested that I spend another $25 to protect the carpet fibers on my stairs. Going forward, perhaps it would be better to build these suggestions into the online registration process or to provide a follow-up call if a customer makes on online reservation. I would prefer to have time to think about and budget for these extra costs instead of being surprised and having to make a snap decision when the carpet cleaner is in my home. It was also awkward being asked directly by my cleaner if I wanted to leave a tip, so instructions on how to handle that more discreetly would be appreciated.

I had my carpet cleaned about two weeks ago. I was told that I needed the deep extraction to remove pet urine in three significant areas. I was told that I would need to pay $75 per gallon and I would need three gallons. The total bill was quoted at $409.00, which was paid at the end of the service. At the end of the service the gentleman said he actually needed a fourth, but only used partial and poured the rest into a spray bottle for me to use in the future. He said that he wasn't going to charge me for that. I said I thought I still smelled pet urine and he said that if it continued to call back and the service would be redone (the three areas) for free. When he left, the carpet was very damp and continued to be damp for FIVE days.
The urine odor got worse than ever over the last two weeks so I called ZeroRez for re-service. A first they said I would have to pay for it and then said they would do the areas again. A Tevin came out yesterday and after assessing the problem, he told me there were actually TWENTY areas that needed to be treated -- are you kidding me??? Three vs. TWENTY? It would have cost, after taking off the $225 from the other it was going to cost approximately $1,200!!!
First of all, the discrepancy in quoting three VS. twenty areas is absolutely unexcusable. I would have NEVER even ordered the service had I thought it would cost anything near that. So, I feel like this was a TOTAL SCAM!!!! I was debating whether or not o clean vs. replace the flooring - had I known it would cost a otal of $1,500 (plus the cost of the rooms cleaned) which would have been almost $1,700 I would have absolutely refused and used the money to go towards new flooring.
I WANT MY $409 RETURNED. IF I DO NOT, I INTEND TO CALL THE BBB, THE INDY CHAMBER, RAFAEL SANCHEZ AND, ESPECIALLY, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, WHERE I HAVE A GOOD FRIEND WHO IS A DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND ANYONE ELSE I CAN TALK TO.
I manage assisted living communities as the executive director. I have managed these $3 million+ enterprises for the last 13 years. The manner in which this service was presented, executed and charged for is the most unscrupulous operation I have ever witnessed.

Your big ads in the Indianapolis star say you can clean "ANY" surface, we had your company out 2 times and even your supervisor on the 2nd trip made excuses that they normally don't clean fiberglass surfaces, then why do you advertise that you can, my cost of $132 was to much for both of your visits and your refund of $27 was not enough, maybe you should stick to carpet cleaning, not a fan, waste of my time and money

The two techs were very friendly and did a good job and were done pretty quickly.
