The guy that came out was extremely nice so in that regard I had a great experience. Also, my hardwood floors cleaned up beautifully. However, the associate ran out of water after cleaning the tile and once more water arrived I feel like the rest was very rushed through. I know heavy things cannot be picked up by you guys but chairs weren't even moved out of the way to get under the carpet in my upstairs bonus room. Also, my couch and sofa don't look any cleaner. There are still stains in my carpet. I just feel like it was not worth the money for how surface level everything was. The small amount of carpet that was actually cleaned would equal like 2 rooms since they didn't move even the small things.

I liked that my carpets were not soaking wet like the other carpet cleaning companies. Great job getting stains out and cleaning my carpets. Customer service was great very easy to work with you if any problems.

I like how clean my carpets smell and feel

The technician was to be at my house between 2 and 4 and when I hadn't heard anything by 4 I called the office to find out what was going on. The receptionist assured me the tech would be calling me any minute. About ten minutes later I got that call only to learn that he was still 45 minutes away. Knowing that I had to leave my house before 5:30 I called my husband to see if he would arrive home before I left, thereby allowing the technician to complete the cleaning. He did arrive home in time. When I got home later that night the area rug that I had asked to be cleaned in the same manner as the other carpet had been removed! Apparently the tech convinced my husband that "it would cost the same price to take the rug out for cleaning as doing it it my home". I specifically had told the person on the phone that even though it was a wool rug, I wanted them to clean it the same way they clean regular carpet and we would move the rug to concrete floor to dry rather than leaving it on the wood floor. They had explained to me on the phone during my initial conversation that I would have to sign a waiver (I assumed releasing them of any liability), which I was prepared to do. None of that happened.
I called the company back first thing this morning and asked them to return my rug without cleaning it. I did not ever intend to pay to have it cleaned in the way you normally clean wool rugs. I was only prepared to have it cleaned as a one room $49 carpet.
I certainly hope the rug is returned Friday morning between 8 and 8:30 as was promised to me on the phone today.

Our carpet is old and was stained in places to the point I had given up it ever looking good again. We have used other companies before and the carpet did not look nearly as good as it did when Matt was finished. He explained every process and answered all my questions. The carpet looks amazing.

Got the carpets cleaner than any other services

Smells great but didn’t really lift any of dirt traffic marks so carpet didn’t really look any better. Service was good. Just not sure the product is great

Service was timely and efficient. The house smelled great after he finished. The serviceman was friendly and informative. And the price cant be beat!

Everything went great! We had several "puppy training" accidents, and the general pet treatment worked fairly well. After the carpet dried, there were 5-6 stains that "reappeared", and I assume they were ones that were not individually "spot treated", but other than that the technician and the process was fast, friendly, and overall a job well done. If it were at all possible, I'd say finding an even better pet stain pre-treatment, but that's all I can suggest as an improvement!

Carpets feel clean; not sticky and tacky. Powered Water technology seems to work well. My technician, Brandon, was very professional and did a great job!

While I appreciate being done early, planning a 2 to 4 window but they call at 12:45 puts a bit of pressure on the routine. We don’t know the actual time until 2d in advance so day of changes aren’t easy to instantly flip.

Didn’t we used to get a small bottle or a refill of the water? Curious.
