technician talked about stains on our carpets before he treated them and our carpets (so far) are looking almost brand new.
The technician did a good job and the carpet looked great. The pet urine odor I believe has been resolved (until she messes it up again). I wish that the carpet stayed looking like new a bit longer. The high traffic areas went right back to looking old after just a few days. Other than that, the carpet looked great.

Fantastic results and their spot remover is like nothing I have ever seen
First time Zerorez cleaned my carpet it was fine-looked good and dried fairly quickly. 8 mos later I scheduled another appointment. This time the carpet looked fine BUT IT WAS SOPPING WET!!! Was told it would take 4 to 8 hrs to dry. It felt the same at 11:00 PM that night and not much drier the next morning. From the beginning of the cleaning I had the ceiling fan on high, house temp @ 69 degrees, and a dehumidifier running constantly. Had to empty the dehumidifier at least twice the normal amount. Not until the 2nd day did it seem dry enough to replace some furniture. Much different than he first time. When I called I was told my call would be returned. I waited days-IT WAS NOT! I called again and was told it must have been a mistake in the PSI setting which had happened “a couple of times before”, not to worry about mold/mildew or damage to the carpet or pad, offered a discount of 15% on next cleaning. I refused-why would I take the chance again? I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE CARPET! It is good quality, less than 4 years old. By your admission this was your mistake. There is no telling whether the carpet has been damaged or not. However, THAT MUCH WATER COULD NOT HAVE BEEN GOOD FOR THE CARPET!! I asked that the bill be adjusted and was told I already got “the current deal”. Well, the current deal was figured BEFORE the cleaning was done. There was a mistake at the time of service that cannot be corrected but I could be compensated. I am a very dissatisfied customer and feel it would be to the company’s advantage to at the very least make an adjustment to my bill. I ask several times and was told NO. I am not one to complain unless I feel justified and in this case I do feel justified. I hope to hear back and hope that the company will reconsider and adjust my bill. Before I hired Zerorez I went online & to social media for recommendations (One said 8 rooms cleaned for under $200.00 & dried quickly!) Sorry to say but unless this is dealt with to my satisfaction I will be posting my negative reviews and sharing my feelings about how this issue has been dealt with. Name removed
