The carpets looked so much better-which is hard to do with white carpet!!

Rooms were great. Stairs were not well done. I don’t think it was the employees fault entirely. He used the same tool that he cleaned the rooms with and it’s just to bulky to clean stairs. The sides of the stairs were not cleaned and the edge of the stairs also were not cleaned. The main reason I scheduled were for my stairs so I was alittle disappointed. I really think they should have a tool the allows the cleaning of smaller areas.

carpets stay cleaner longer... we have three little dogs, no allergic reactions to the extra pet cleaner, carpet not as wet as conventional cleaning therefore dries MUCH faster....overall much better way to clean the carpet

carpet gets cleaner and dries faster
Appearance of my carpet, stain removal, odor removal, friendliness and competence of technicians.
They worker showed up an hour after my two appointment window ended. He was here for maybe 45 minutes and did, what it seems, like one light pass with the vacuum/cleaner. The man that came to do the carpet was very nice but it was his last job, that he said wasn’t on his list to do and he lived far away to drive home that evening.
It’s fine, just wasn’t impressed at all and this was the first time I used you guys.

Does a pretty good job getting spots out of carpet. I found a spot when I moved furniture that I didn't attempt to get it out. Technician said look it all came out. It didn't the cleaning solution just made it look like it had left a big brown spot. Should have been pretreated! I've been using Zerorez for several years they are little pricey. The promotion was a free hall cleaned I had no hall & told them that...no price break.
Technician did a great job
I asked technician to go back over a stain one more time and he said it wasn’t worth it. Asked his to do the bottom place of the stairs that were being cleaned and I felt it and it wasn’t even damp. So he just ran the machine over it to make me think he did it. Carpets don’t feel as clean as last time .
