A enjoyable experience your service tech was professional and did an outstanding job cleaning our tile and grout.
It was really easy to book and I was able to get my appointment quickly. The service guy was on time and also took the time to explain everything to us. He took the time with a black light to look for urine stains. Since this was a new home for us. We didn’t know what the previous owners dog did or didn’t do. I love the idea of clean carpets and no residue. Thank you!

Their three step process got out high traffic areas.
The process uses no soap that leaves a residue attracting more dirt. The tech who came to our house was extremely thorough, polite & pleasant. I was very impressed by the job he did. Would recommend to anyone needing their carpets cleaned to call Zerorez.

We originally scheduled for 5 rooms (3 bedrooms, an office, and the stairs), but they didn't even clean the office and just left without saying anything. The rooms that they did clean were done well, but was disappointing to not have all of the rooms cleaned that we scheduled for.
No harsh chemicals is a good beginning point for me to choose Zerorez. My technician was very informative in discussing how the treatment works, the condition of my carpet, and how to maintain it so it lasts for years. I like seeing the dirty water so I know it’s working. It dried quickly.

There DOES seem to be a residue on the carpet. It’s the first time I noticed this. My carpet feels chalky.

I am selling my home and requested services. The feedback that I’m getting from potential buyers is that I need to hire a professional cleaning service. I was already moved out and in a different state when Zerorez provided service and it was hard to see any difference in the pictures that the service person sent I will not use Zerorez again!
