What our clients think of us!

Employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. I am very happy with the cleaning process.

Carpets always look great after cleaning! Service is always great!

Love how you just use water

On time great job

Friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Quick drying carpet cleaning with no odor. Tile/grout can be done at the same time.

Thoroughly deep cleaning and super professional service

Zero Rez carpet cleaners have cleaned our carpets four or five times over the past two years. They have always done a great job. Because of my sensitivities to chemicals they never use any chemical solutions, but the carpets always come out looking new and never leave any lingering chemical fragrances. The guys always are great to go through the process before beginning and sure to do a walk-through when the job is complete to be sure I am satisfied with the appearance of the carpets. Always professional and efficient. Also, the price is very reasonable. I am glad to refer my friends and neighbors to them.

I am a little disappointed with the results of my chair and pillows. It was looking dingy so I had it cleaned in hopes that it would look brighter but it doesn't look much different. Everything else is fine though.

Staff was super nice and professional!

Everything. The service, the people, how clean my carpets feel. Let me say that again, HOW CLEAN MY CARPETS FEEL!!! So amazing!!! No weird residue. My tech was actually here 15 minutes before the original window of service. That never happens. Usually they are at the end or after the service window. And he was very honest about what to expect from the cleaning. ZeroRez ROCKS!!!

Very professional and nice service technician. Did a really good job on our carpets. They look great!

We recommend ZeroRez to our friends all the time. We think we should receive something off when we get our carpet cleaned. We have been doing this for a few years now but we don't get anything in return. I have complained about this numerous times and we are being told they are working on it. We are very happy with you with the exception of this. We should get so much off of our carpet cleaning but not free protectant since we don't us this. Thank you for your consideration.

Fast, on-time, courteous and effective.

Tyler was my technician. Very nice, prompt, professional. Actually I had some small stains in my carpet that I was very surprised came out! The carpet was left just damp, not wet. I liked how the carpet felt once it all dried. Not crunchy. I highly recommend Zerorez.

All natural

Reasonably priced with good results

Pay closer attention to the floor resister, they were still dirty when finished cleaning.

I liked the method zerorez uses to clean my carpet and it quickly dries. The technician was very good.

Representative was very professional and attentive.

Polite technician and good results

I like that there is no residue left on the carpet.

Quality and on time

My carpets smell and look great. Dries quickly too!

Prompt service and great job cleaning.

The technician was knowledgeable and educated me on the process. He was professional and timely.

No lingering odor

I am still seeing dirt marks in the carpet

Overall the services was great. The service performer called ahead, was on time, and completed the service as described. The reservation was made for $119 however I was charged $139. I did add on a closet space for $15, but still a $20 difference. I did mention this right after my service and it sounds like I will be contacted today for refunding the difference.

Thomas the technician I think that was his name was awesome. Very pleased with the carpet and furniture cleaning. He did a great job explaining the process and answering all my questions. I will use Zerorez from now on and recommend to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Everything looks great! Very happy!
