Very professional Nathan told me what to expect and was honest about what would come clean

The employee was amazing. He worked extremely hard. We were so impressed with the results. We had a 3 room clean and pet stain remover in one room. Our house looks and smells better than it has in years.

The next day the carpet had what appears to be blotches of darker carpet and blotches of lighter carpet.

Tom is the gentleman that cleaned the carpet for me in the house we are buying. I thought he was very thorough and answered all my questions.

Effectiveness without soap

There are just a couple of things. Maybe a visit back in a few days to be sure it accomplisted what it need to do;
The other thing was to be careful b/c the.re must be something in your cleaning solution that kills grass. there was a patch right where he was parked and one closer to the house. But seemed to come back ok....I think.

The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very polite, efficient, and great explaining everything.

My carpet seems lighter & clean. I like the idea of no detergent residue left.

It definitely cleaned the carpets better than anyone else I've used. There was no odor or residue. It dried fast and got out stains that had been there for a while.

Dan was our carpet cleaner and he is just FANTASTIC!! He had a long day before even getting to us, and really took his time and did a great job. He should win an award!!
My only issue is with the 'front desk' - and this is really just a 'training' issue.. I realize there are windows of time to expect a person to arrive, and sometimes that gets delayed due to unforseen requirements from a previous customer, but when our 2 hr 'time slot' passed, we were told several times "20 minutes" when that wasn't true at all. We ended up calling 3 times before getting an honest answer.
