Our tech Josh was really great! L liked that there wasn’t a chemical odor after we had the carpets done and he was able to clean several of the spots we had out of the carpet.
The tech thoroughly inspects the carpet with a black light to locate any pet stain/residue, offers suggestions for treatments. The carpet looks great and is dry with only 4 - 6 hours.

The spot remover worked wonders on a spot of blood! Our carpets look clean, too.
I don't think the carpet looks very clean, and it took 36 hours to dry. Not impressed with the results, so I will look for a different company to clean my carpet next time.

Matt (the in home that) is very personable and willing to explain the process. This was our second time with this company and with Matt as the tech. We have been very pleased with the service and the way that our carpet has come out both times.

It's very efficient to sign up. Tyler was concerned about what the carpet was made of and checked out a piece and now we have a record of it.
The carpet was "stiff" and the stairs still have the "black" residue on them.
We had several areas of carpet cleaned. Upon arrival, the tech said it would take 3-4 hours. When he was done in a little over an hour and a half, it was a little surprising it hadn't taken longer. As it turned out, we had to have our master bedroom redone. There were several spots and a high traffic area that didn't come very clean. Zerorez was very responsive to our request to have it redone. And the second time, the spots were gone and the entire room looked much better than the first time. We were very pleased with the end result. However, in hindsight, we are now wondering if the first tech took shortcuts and didn't do as good a job as he could have in the rest of our house. We were also taken back by some of the upcharges. For example, we were charged $34 for our upstairs hallway which we had no problem with. It's about 25 feet long. We were also charged $34 for a 5 1/2" foot hallway from our kitchen to our dining room. We feel that hallway should have been included as part of the dining room charge. The additional $50 per room Pet Treatment seemed a little excessive too. All in all, we were happy with the way the carpets turned out. If we use you again, we would be sure to discuss these items in advance. We would probably recommend Zerorez, but it would be with caveats.
I was given a window of time to have service and at the last 5 minutes of that window I received a call that he would arrive in 20 minutes. That meant 20 minutes AFTER my window he would start!!!! Oddly enough the tech had my window of time totally different from what I was told .I would have appreciated a phone call or text that my time was changed. This was very frustrating.
The carpet is still not clean! Not impressed with the service. Looking at the results I don’t feel like a got a great value.
This is the first time we haven’t been satisfied with our clean. Our carpets don’t appear to be clean like they typical are after a visit from ZeroRez. Although this is only one poor visit, we won’t use the service again.

I chose Zerorez for my mother’s carpet because your radio commercials are so convincing for complete stain removal. I didn’t feel her carpets came out as clean as you advertise and the technician kept repeating as he was cleaning that the ground in dirt stains won’t be completely removed. .I have some before and after pictures but I don’t feel the carpets are as clean as you advertise and I would not recommend to others or use on my home.
