I recommended you to friend Betty C and it was a disaster, so not likely to do that again.
However, I am continuing to use your service personally since I have been happy 3 of the 4 times I have used your service. Had carpet done last Thursday and was happy with the result. He was able to remove unidentified red marks!!!
Only issue is that dragging hoses down my hall to bedroom left debris on my wood floor.
Technician was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the process.
I had high expectations with respect to the results based on all of the advertising I’ve heard, but unfortunately there were stains that still remain.
Thomas was great. He was thorough and professional and explained everything. The carpets look amazing. I will definitely recommend and use ZeroRez again.
The carpets get cleaned so well and so quickly! We have dogs and kids, so our carpets don't stand a chance. Every time zerorez comes out they look almost new again. The best part is they feel so nice after.
great way to clean
Tevin was very informative efficient.
I give him a very high rating!
One noticeable slime spot was missed on the carpet, everything else was fine it's just now I have no idea how to get that missed spot out.
No residue. Very effective.
I like that you use only water and my carpets smell good when finished.
Zerorez is not willing to come and look at the job to give a more accurate quote. In news paper it is promoting 3 room special at $199. The quote does not add up. The quote is more than 25-35% higher than the next 5 quotes.
Friendly technician, answered my questions, and did a great job.
Employees very courteous, easy to schedule appointments
I liked the professionalism of the tech, how fast the carpet and furniture dried, the thoroughness of the cleaning (didn't see any missed areas). Our furniture and carpet looked brighter and it smelled so good in our house when tech was done. The real "proof in the pudding" will be how long things stay clean because we paid quite a bit extra and got the "Protection" in hopes of resisting dirt and spots.
Quick and friendly!
Ability to schedule and communicate via text. A short, two hour arrival window. Courteous, friendly and clean service person. Carpet dried quickly and was cleaned effectively.
Tyler was great at explaining the product n quiet at getting the job done. Carpets look Great n dry in a couple hours. Pile on carpet seemed lifted and better
Very professional. Explained what he was going to be doing and we talked about a couple of stains that he was able to get out. The carpet looks great and is not crunchy. I will recommend Zerorez to friends and family!
No high pressure sales. Very efficient
Technician did a great job!
Very polite help.
I was very pleased with the cleaning and with our technician, Thomas!! We'll definitely use them again.
How clean my carpet turned out, the ability of the technician to explain the procedure then do such an awesome job. Thanks Thomas.
Adonis did a great job getting the tile and grout clean. Super impressed!!
Noticed a missing spot that wasn’t shampooed. Makes me wonder if the entire floor actually was shampooed.
Also, there is a dent on my sliding door from when he moved something and it fell on it.
Fast and easy! Always friendly!
Wasn’t able to clean our furniture but was honest and In the end made it right
I have always been impressed with the politeness of the representatives that come to our home. My last visit to clean tile and grout was not as successful as my carpet cleaning in the past has been. Adonis wasn’t satisfied with the results and compensated us accordingly. I would definitely ask for him when I get carpet cleaned next time. I have recommended your process and company to my friends.
Service technician was friendly, knowledgable, and respectful of our home. Carpets look great!
Great carpet cleaning that leaves the house smelling fresh and clean.

Do doorways better., don’t leave an inch or less undone.
