The I was extremely happy with the carpet cleaning your technician did. His name was Tevin. He was very professional and took care of several spots successfully. I would ask for him next time. He went out of his way moving a few chairs even. I have had carpet cleaned by you before and other people could not get the same spots out. He knows what he is doing and wanted to you to know.

Matt did an awesome job. It turned out way better than I expected. I was scheduled for 2-4p originally by Kate. She called back and rescheduled for 12-2p. I called and talked to Brittany at 2:15p when I had not heard from Matt. She said I was scheduled for 3p-5p. I would have really appreciated the schedule staying as had been communicated, of at least the courtesy of a call to tell me it had been changed. I arranged my day around the window scheduled.

The service was very friendly, I was able to get treatment quickly and I was happy with the end product! My carpet isn’t crunchy like past experiences I’ve had with other companies.

Twenty four hours after cleaning and the carpets are dry and the stains are gone! Very pleased with the whole experience and will use again.

I like the clean smell. I like that my carpets are dry within 6 hours. My carpet is 17 years old and Zero Rez does a great job. The tech this time was phenomenal. You can tell before they leave if your going to be satisfied with the work. I was more than satisfied this time.

The carpet does not look any cleaner than it did before

I have used Zerorez a number of times and love the carpet cleaning. I love how it dries so quickly also. However, we had the tile and grout cleaned this time and was not happy with how lots of the grout still does not look clean and Luke the original. We had the tile and grout laid 4 years ago
