Quality clean;, polite, professional staff.
There are a couple of spots that weren't removed and they weren't bad stains.

The "hidden costs" are a little annoying. When I made the reservation online it was around $325. Once the tech was here and evaluated and added in the pet area charges it almost doubled.
Noah did an excellent job and explained each step of the process.

This was my first time using Zerorez and it was a great experience. They kept me informed on their arrival (which was on time), Thomas was very knowledgeable on their products and also not pushy with extra services. He got in and out and did a great job!

Move furniture
The main reason I picked Zerorez was the website and ads saying you don't use chemicals or detergent, but you do! The guy sprayed some sort of chemical on the carpet that left a citrusy smell that gave me a headache. There is an almost sticky film on the carpet. I am very unhappy. I probably will not use Zerorez again. The only reason I rated you this highly was the service guy was great. He did a really good job.
