I have to admit that when my scheduled service had to be moved to the next day at the last minute due to some situation on your end, I was a little put out. However, Tyler arrived the next morning promptly, was very professional, efficient and pleasant and I was pleased with the way the carpets looked and the fairly quick manner in which they dried.

Thomas B. cleaned my carpets and he was the best. He did a very good job, and worked hard and fast. Thomas also worked to get the spots that I pointed out up. I think my carpet looks good because he cared a lot about his job and worked hard at it.
