Very friendly service staff. Left the carpets almost dry after cleaning.
Technician was nice no complaints with him. I didn't like the fact that the check out process had a line item that asked for a tip...that's weird to me. I'm paying for a service to be done. And although it's a comparable price to Stanley Steamer whom I've used they did not ask for a tip OR for a water disposal fee that was drained out on my lawn! The "deal" I signed up for was 3 rooms. I asked before schedule if I could do 2 rooms and a hallway which was agreeable per the phone conversation and I was also to have received 1 room of protectant. The technician and the invoice stated there was no additional promotions. Lastly, the dirty area on the carpet that I actually needed cleaned looked no better than pre-cleaning. I understand that not all things will come out (we just moved in and I have no idea what the dirty area was but it looked like from traffic with dirty shoes on off white carpet) the carpet is new so I thought it would be worth spending the money to have it professionally cleaned. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
The work was not quite correctly done the first time, but you sent another technician back to redo it and it turned out well.

I am very disappointed in the wood floor cleaning I had done. It cost over $1000.00 and it looks no better and in a few places worse than when I do it with a mop and a $20 bottle or protectant. When I had it quoted as tales to the man who was there and when checking the website regarding what the service could do I was very hopeful it would improve the look of my floors without sanding and refinishing. I am very very disappointed in the result and would never recommend wood floor cleaning by Zerorez to anyone. In the past I have been very happy with carpet and tile/grout cleaning , however I wasted $1000.00 on this. I hope you do something to make this right. The gentleman who did the work was professional. I really wanted to refuse to pay for the service but did not want him to get into trouble. I have called for 2 days to talk to someone on the phone regarding this but have yet to receive a call back. In all honesty I believe I deserve my money back for this service.
I was not very happy when you rescheduled my appointment time. However your technician had a good attitude and did a great job cleaning our carpet and sofa. His attitude and quality work changed my initial disappointment with Zerorez.
Adonis came and cleaned most of our home's carpet and our sectional softa - he did a great job, hard worker, polite and very respectful. He helped me with my parents appointment as well as I used my e-mail for both and there was a bit of a miscommunication on my part. All went well, and Adonis is a wonderful employee you should definitely be thankful for and keep.

Our service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Carpets looked good after cleaning. Our only complaint was the stiffness/ crunchy feeling of the carpets in our 2 high traffic areas as well on the stairs. Not sure if that was due to the protector that was put down or not. Overall happy with the result.
I appreciated that the cleaning gentleman was prompt and did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets. He was extremely helpful and very polite. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to our neighbors!

Our service tech Patrick, is the best that has ever been to our home. The carpet is the cleanest it has been after carpet cleaning by Zorores. I will definitely ask for Patrick when it needs to be done again.

The technician was very personable.
My carpet was so wet, we had to keep fans on overnight to try to dry them out. They were still damp this morning! That's really not acceptable.
Techs are friendly and polite; do a great job. Carpets look like new with no "crunchy" feel.
EVERYTHING was very clean. However, my staircase had a little crunchy & not as soft as the other areas.
The process went well and Brandon who did the work was efficient and friendly. We are happy with the cleaned carpets, too.
There were two spots that yall were unable to come out. I wish that when your tech came out to do the measurements for the quote that we would've been warned that you all might not be able to get the stains out.

Technicians are friendly and do a great job. Carpets dry very quickly. Recommendations are made without making you feel pressured.
