There were many old stains in my carpets which did not come out the way I had hoped. The technician worked hard & explained some stains would just not come out altho he got out some unknown origin stains. He was a hard worker & did his best! But overall I wonder if using a service with cleaning solutions might have done a better job of getting out the dirt left by air flowing around items leaving outlines on the carpet as well as the dirt left AFTER adhesive from a carpet protector had been removed from 2 areas. I don't think the Zerorez water cleaning is capable of removing the stains left, so the only thing that would make me feel a bit better would be a partial refund. We aren't interested in having to move everything out of the rooms again for a second try.
Thanks for asking!
Easy to schedule. Techs are very friendly and thorough. Always on time and gave a call ahead.

I already have recommended you to many friends and family!
On time, did a great job.
Friendly, fast and great communication!
I like the fact that the products are pet friendly, don’t have any chemicals in the cleaning products and the two times I have used you, the service men arrive on time or earlier.
My technician Noah was very friendly and did a good job on my bedroom carpets. Will request him for all my future cleanings.
Noah did a great job for us. He was very courteous and explained everything clearly. We are very likely to use Zerorez again.

The technicians did a very good job cleaning carpets and cleaning the grout in the bathroom. They explained the process and were very courteous and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend your services.
I especially like the lack of harsh chemicals being used on my carpets. We have 2 dogs that are very important to us, and we want to be sure that our carpets (afterthe cleaner) are safe for them.
I also appreciate how thorough Tyler was in cleaning our carpet. With a light carpet that was installed almost 14 years ago and has had dogs on it since the beginning, it was not an easy feat to get them looking so good. However, they look so much better than they did - better than I'd hoped they'd turn out. He was also quick and efficient!
Great value, but I am not impressed with stain removal. Good results for general dirt.
The technician got red wine stains out of my family room carpet and saved me from having to buy new carpet! Love that guy! While he was waiting for the enzymes to work, he also got some deep dirt residue out of the hall way. I am very pleased.
Derek was very professional and did a great job cleaning and sealing a large area of floor tile in our home.
Did a great job addressing our particular cleaning issue.
We had an appt for 12, but I got I call the night before asking if we could do 8 instead because of a cancellation! Perfect! Adonis was right on time and explained the process to me. He even moved my furniture around a little which was so helpful. My carpets look brand new and smell great. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future!
Came on time, did an excellent job. Very satisfied.
No toxic chemicals and very professional staff.
