The cleaning was much better than last years effort. The agitator machine must be used to get the dirt below the surface.

The carpet appears to be cleaner. I was impressed by the amount of pet hair that was loosened. I liked the use of a fan to dry the areas faster.
Technician Josh arrived on time explained what he was going to do and pointed areas that he could clean up stains and which would be more difficult and why. He did a great job and we would recommend using Zerorez again and recommending the service to others.
